sir how do we see the effect of excitonic resonance in room temperature, as excitons have very less energy that dissociates at room temperature then how do we see the peaks( exitonic resonance) in the curve for the quantum well structure??
exitons have a lower chance to dissociate in QW structures even at room temperature due to quantum confinement effects. as opposed to bulk SC where they can dissipate quickly in the solid at room temperature.
