Having had gastric sleeve surgery, nobody discussed what vitamins I might need to take afterwards. They do blood work once a year but no one went into depth about what I needed. I was and still am very fatigued

Gastric bypass and hernia repair in April. Chronic diarrhea since. Am I lacking a vitamin? I'm taking my bariatric vitamin w/iron +calcium. Can anyone also recommend something else?

Hi there, thank you. Im a little over a year post op and I am vitamin deficient and have been for a while. Nothing I take absorbs at all. Please help, maybe I am not taking vitamins correctly, or the correct time. The only thing that gives a little help is vitamin drips which are very expensive. I have lost my hair, and severe skin breakouts. How do I get past this? Nothing is working......

I tried vitamins patches and it worked perfectly fine in my case .

Try taking MCT oil start with half Teaspoon mix it in a hot drink or take it straight up wait 15 minutes then take your vitamins do this for 2 weeks then update me
