I will gladly trade in my four BP meds for vitamins. 👍

Thank you. It DID help me. I’m currently waiting for the start of my pipeline (Kaiser) and then the surgery to follow. I’m trying to be realistic about what I should expect. Your video helps give me a little more insight. Thank you.

Vertical Gastric Sleeve patients MUST take vitamins. Some vitamins are broken down in stomach and with 75% of stomach removed, lifetime vitamins required. Bariatric FUSION vitamins are missing two important vitamins. Folate (folic acid) need 800 IU and Vitamin K. Double check.

I did not have the surgery but started to eat less and eat more health. Easier said than done but was 278 lb a few months ago and now 250 lb. 50 lb more to go... I try to eat at 6 AM and between 4 to 6 PM. Veggies for night snacks. I heard about Bariatric Fusion from a person at the local market and wanted to look for reviews when I found your RUclips.

As far as vitamins yes, HOWEVER, I make sure what I eat is protein based including having extra protein bars and shakes when needed.
