Thank you for this video 🙂
I will gladly trade in my four BP meds for vitamins. 👍
Amen to that! Real talk
Thank you. It DID help me. I’m currently waiting for the start of my pipeline (Kaiser) and then the surgery to follow. I’m trying to be realistic about what I should expect. Your video helps give me a little more insight. Thank you.
Vertical Gastric Sleeve patients MUST take vitamins. Some vitamins are broken down in stomach and with 75% of stomach removed, lifetime vitamins required. Bariatric FUSION vitamins are missing two important vitamins. Folate (folic acid) need 800 IU and Vitamin K. Double check.
Oh snap good looking out I wouldn’t have known that what about Barimelts are those ok on VSG that’s what im getting
It crazy, when I put headphones on, I hear only music. I take off my headphones and I can hear you talk. So weird
Whoa that is very strange indeed 😊
When you gonna a update of how you are doing ???
I did not have the surgery but started to eat less and eat more health. Easier said than done but was 278 lb a few months ago and now 250 lb. 50 lb more to go... I try to eat at 6 AM and between 4 to 6 PM. Veggies for night snacks. I heard about Bariatric Fusion from a person at the local market and wanted to look for reviews when I found your RUclips.
Wow congrats on. That weightloss that’s awesome
You might want to check your bloodwork regularly to watch your trend make sure your levels don't drop.... ADEK need to be taken separately on top of a multi vitamins....I take biotech dry formulas do to us malabsorbing these vitamins.....A 25,000ui a day ,D3 50,000ui a day, E 400ui a day and, K1 1000 ui as well as calcium, magnesium and k2
Is that the only vitamin you take??
As far as vitamins yes, HOWEVER, I make sure what I eat is protein based including having extra protein bars and shakes when needed.
