This is everything I have from the new raid. Off for vacation on Thursday. When I get back in August I plan to start compiling all of my Fallen related SFX for a big 'Fallen Technology' compilation.
I noticed the second half of the hand emergence, but ever since i heard these sounds isolated, that strange start sound stands out to my ears. Noticed it plays quite a bit in the background of the Iconoclasm cutscene. honestly might be one of my favorite sounds in destiny now.
I have some stuff from the Vault encounter in Last Wish but other than that I really don’t have much else raid related. I can reach out to my contacts. Once the raids are thrown into the DCV the only chance of getting those sounds is if someone saved them from a rip that was done in the past when the activity was in the game. Even then, you have to dig and listen. I’ve personally listened through over 32,000 sounds in a large rip from D2 Curse of Osiris build. Took months to sort back in 2018, but that’s how I got those big compilation videos with the fallen, hive, etc
Ahh dang was hoping to hear the sfx of the witness hands when you kill them (the hissing one), and also the hands that are the indicator that the Witness is going to test you.
I won’t ever get around to playing the raid so I’m at the mercy of my friends who rip and name the sounds. It’s fairly likely that I’ll do another video with more from Salvations Edge
Thats awesome. My PC Device connect sound is the mote deposit at bank sound from that public event from season of arrivals, and then the disconnect is the Warlock Stasis super activation lol. I have a subwoofer on the setup and it sounds awesome.
I got annoyed when they changed the sound of all sparrows for no reason in curse of osiris. The old sound was better if u asked me. multimach/immortals sound effect is such an annoying noise. Other than those they do very good sound design.
Hopefully I missed it, but I'm a bit sad that the sound effect that rises when you're about to become frozen, become catatonic, that plays during the transformation process, isn't in here. That's also a really sweet sfx imo.
I haven't played the raid so its hard to know what you're talking about. If more sounds are extracted and categorized by my friends, ill be sure to share them.
@@Aegis_Mind hopefully you can get around to it one day, but basically in the fourth encounter, Verity, there's a part where you can become catatonic, and there's a "riser" sound that plays during the process. it's just as sick as the conductors sparking to life imo.

I dont actively try to find stuff anymore as I’m busy with other projects but whatever cool stuff my friends find-I’ll continue to share more of that here. There’s thousands of files I still haven’t shared on the channel yet 👍
I stopped playing Destiny a few months ago and never did get around to the raid but you're not the first person to ask about that sound. If my friends come across it ill share it.
If i come across the sounds I will. I recently got Nezarec grunts. My Destiny uploads are pretty much based on what my friends rip from the game as I don't play anymore.
I’ll need one of my contacts to identify and find them first. I played the final shape campaign and the quests that came with it, but apart from that I basically don’t play destiny anymore. Got too much going on elsewhere and I’m starting to find the game kinda boring after 10 years. Ready for a new IP from Bungie. If i come across it I’ll do a video
oh and all the shape pickup noises I think the only sounds missing (that I can recall) are the "charging" sound before Catatonic Decimation sets in, the sound of the Traveler Core in Verity progressing to a stage, the sound when you get a shape sent to you, as well the several wipe sounds, the Herald bell, and the sounds the hands make when you shoot them

Per the timestamps, those files at the end were unnamed as my friends didn’t know what they were. I was originally wait until august and potentially get more sounds but I thought you guys would appreciate an earlier upload. If I get more, I’ll do a part 2 video.

This raid was fucking crazy good. These sound effects are so top notch. I had no idea the hands emerging had that kind of noise.

Bungie never disappoints on making sound effects. My only complaint is that some of the resonance sounds are too much of the same noise.
