2.30 in.... Love that “ Spool Up “ can’t beat it!!
Love that you keep in all the atc. Appreciate the videos! Merry Christmas!
I appreciate how you narrate what you're doing, no matter how insignificant it may seem.
Golden Oldie second viewings are always pleasurable. Thanks, Greg.
Enjoyed the "seat-cam" showing the throttle action. Merry Christmas!
"I'll take that". It's good to know the guys who fly fancy airplanes are still self evaluating their landings.

As a person who is typically terrified of flying, just wanted to thank you and other pilots that post these videos. Watching these kind of flying videos always calms me down about flying.
First hand experience of a jet plane cockpit that too with an experienced F-16 fighter pilot!
Awesome!
Merry Christmas ! Love that new editing with the walk around and start up! Enjoyed every minute, see you next year sir!
Love these videos. *So relaxing to watch and listen to.* Very impressed with camera work and editing. Also, impressed with passenger side camera movement.
As a former GA pilot, I truly enjoy watching some of the basics and as a former resident of SD and frequent runner along Carlsbad Blvd, I'm very familiar with the area. After I left the Navy, I lost my ability to continue flying following a m/c accident which left me a paraplegic/double amputee. These videos are my only way to live my former life vicariously. Maybe your company can come up with a solution for those of us who still long for the clear, blue skies. No one else has which sure is frustrating for aviation buffs. Safe flying sir, and thank you for your service too!
I feel respect. A man with proven pilot career continues on this path. Reliability and trust
I’ve been wanting to become a pilot for some time now. I’ll be watching your videos and learning as much as I can before making the commitment. Thanks for the awesome vid!
That was a bit of awesome editing done on this video Greg.I like the way you sped up the video and announced the way points all along the way. Pretty neat camera riding along with you in that right seat.
Best ATC sound ever, i always thought i have a hearing problem, but your videos have the best ATC sound ever. thanks for the effort.
My Grandfather was an Air Traffic Controller in the Navy, as for myself I have no flying experience, besides being a normal passenger. But, I always love airplanes, there is something about soaring in the heavens that no words that I can describe on how beautiful and calming it is. One day though, I do hope to get started and be able to fly little crop dusters. But, regardless I absolutely love the professionalism, the passion, and the fun that comes from all of your videos. Thank you
"Happy Holidays" Greg, family and chat. May all your flights and landings in 2020 be smooth! 😆
Merry Christmas to P1D, P1R, and the whole P1 clan. Thanks for sharing your flying experiences with all of us.
Thank you!
Stuck at home in a recliner with a broken ankle. This is way better than watching the normal junk on the tube. Thanks for taking the time to produce all the videos.
This is probably one of the coolest flight videos I've seen. All of the camera work was perfect
Oh c'mon! I was watching and listening to Christmas Carols on YT and this pops up. So guess what has to wait for 33 minutes and 49 seconds. Merry Christmas Premier 1! Your Co-pilot is on board!
Everything about you good sir screams Professional, even down to your commercial pilot voice... Well done, I'd fly on your airline any day!
GREG, LOVE WHEN YOU FLY INTO DALLAS. I AM AN A&P MECHANIC WORKED AT THE OLD BRANIFF HANGER. ENJOY THE VIDEOS.THANKS.
I had an office at that building in Carlsbad. It was fun to be around the little jets. I loved it. Marry Christmas all of you there!
Will be getting my Honda Jet soon, can't wait to take it to the air!
JUST Popped up! My Christmas present from Greg! MERRY CHRISTMAS from Howard Airlines!
You own your own airline company, Bill? That's so cool! :)
Rick Stephens time to spare, go by air...
Thanks for taking us flying with you, I always enjoy! Fly safe
this was awesome watching the whole flight from precheck to arrival.
I am low and slow compared to you, but I love traveling in the Skyhawk! Your multiple cameras gives me an idea for the next flight. Great video! Thanks for posting.
Merry Christmas Greg, thanks for posting, wishing you and yours a great new year!
Plane looks great and thanks for another flawless ✈️
Thanks for the pre-flight inspection walk around.
I've only just discovered this channel during covid lockdown.
Brilliant stuff.
Making my way through the videos.
wow I used to be impressed with flying ,then as I got older I just took it for granted ,but now after seeing this video ,I am impressed all over again. Beautiful video, thank you for posting it, again thanks.

This guy is a complete PRO! Been watching his videos for a while.
Very nice that you add your waypoints into the comments. Makes it fun to follow along.
Fantastic video, great to ride along with you - thanks for making it
This is my first experience with your videos. First off, thank you for your service. Very enjoyable. Learned a lot. Great job with the editing and audio.
Thank you!

Totally Love the new camera! Can't wait for more!!! Wishing you and the family a Very Merry Christmas!!!! Thank You For Taking Us Along With You!!!
Yes, enjoyed the new camera angles, thanks
Yes - new camera is great - makes it look as though I was in the right seat, looking around myself. Also, Greg, do you use Rain-X on the wind screen or is that just a natural clearing?
Keep up the great work - I really enjoy your videos.
This is interesting. I love airplane and think its cool to watch someone commute and act as their own pilot. Great editing and radio audio too.
Had a friend named McCall. I called him Mad Dog McCall. He loved it.
Bill Callahan that’s an awesome name lol
@@louismccall Thanks Louis. He was a U.S. Customs Enforcement Officer. He thought it was appropriate for his particular enforcement technique.....get on 'em like a Mad Dog! He's now known by it. :)
by 1986 I had my commercial license and Instrument rating but me and my family just rented a plane to go some where> We lied in Houston at the time. The greatest thing wasto rent a plane and fly over Houston at night during Christmas to see all the lights. When Texaco was bought out by Chevron I had to start over and I never the the old Income level to continue renting a plane. I would need some training to get back to my top level. Would never try to fly solo or with family now without the necessary instrument level.
Sorry we lived in Houston Not lied that I can recall.
This was too cool! Awesome! - Thank you for your service too!
Excellent commentary and editing. Thanks.
Greg, thanks for the close ups of the start up!
Bueatiful job . I miss it everyday. Do it as long as you can. Because retirement sucks.
Great video edit.
Thanks for the ride!
You got that right.

Great video all around, thank you for sharing with us.
Great camera work! Thanks for such an informative video!
Sorry we couldn't give you better weather coming out of Carlsbad, with all our fires of recent we welcome any rain we can get. Great to see the new interior Greg, thanks as usual for the incredible videos. Wishing you & the family a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.!!....Herb
Same to you Herb!
Feels like I'm the pilot.....
Very good vids...👍🇺🇸
And thank you for your service..then and now🇺🇸
Thanks MAGA!
What a beautiful jet. Thanks for the video!
I really enjoy flying along with you thanks for the videos

Yeah a new video! Just studying up on my IFR, learning my navigator. Love having this on in the background.
Merry Christmas!
Very impressive! Extremely thorough and very educational. Much appreciated. Will be checking out more of your videos!
Thank you Greg. Good content. Good camera angles. Good information. Thank you.
Very cool. was I the only one expecting a "chirp-chirp" as he walked up to the plane?
That's some beautiful flying with some excellent piloting skills great job. Darn. Must be nice.
As I understand it, he learned to fly from the best.... USAF. I don't think any flight school, organization or training program makes better pilots.
Exquisite! So well made...and flown. Thanks
Thanks for taking us along... your videos are awesome Greg... stay safe up there sir...
Merry Christmas Greg to you and your family, and Best Wishes for the New Year...loving the new interior...thanks again as always for these very professional videos...seems they worked on your very cool cockpit as well...
Snazzy, Greg, having your own private DAL terminal arrival route, (or at least one named after you,). LOL. Betting the Mrs. enjoyed the arrival leg far better than being in all of that soup departing. Nice flight and Happy New Year to the both of you and your family. Best wishes, Bruce.
That was wicked smooth Greg, get a wheelie , Kevin KingAir
I can watch these flights every day!! Great job! Cool camera angles!
Incredible video, thanks for sharing....
Great content, how can anyone give a dislike to flights this informative? Great pilot 👍
Ian some folks are just miserable. Nothing can and will make them happy. 2020 wont make a difference for those folks because they choose that path.
as of January 2020... there are 88 people with their head up their ass.
Oh I’m sure there are greenies out there just throwing fits over this while screaming at the top of their lungs.
New Garmin cameras Greg? Your editing and production of videos is getting better. That is, you didn’t need it, the content is great. Blue skies.
KSH243 no those are all GoPros. The 7 and 8 are very good cameras
@@gregmink do you use a 7 black in that setup? I just got 1. I am wondering how long a stock battery holds up for? Do you supplement power on them?
@@gregmink how do you get the Pros to pan?, or is that 4K keyframing and cropping?
Looks great Greg, 390-Golf Mike out
Beautiful aircraft and amazing job flying it!
It’s kinda neat watching this and hearing “careflite, Methodist and Baylor” which is a Medi-Evac helicopter flying from hospital to hospital here in Dallas.
That is actually the first time I've heard them on freq. And I've been into Dallas many times.
Premier 1 Driver
I would very much love to meet for lunch or something when your in again sometime.
This is the kind of flying I used to dream of. But life intervened. Beautiful to see, though.
Same but my empty wallet intervened. Give my left one to do this :-( but no loans available for it.
I love the new camera setup! Very slick!
Merry Xmas to you and yours, Greg!
Thank you!
Very organized and extremely
professional!
Lot's of fun watching you fly! Thanks for letting us in!
Cool! I fly out of KCRQ!!
I dont.
I love the multiple camera angles. I bet it takes a while to edit.
It does take a little time!
@@gregmink I too love the auto scan view of the cabin & such. Great New Year to you Sir.
@@gregmink guess you take all clips and stack them on top of each other in your timeline and just chip away lol
Notice that very last shot where he setup one on the ground to catch the walk away. Bonus points, he didn't edit out the camera pickup...giving a hint of behind the scenes camera work.
I thought maybe his wife was in the back controlling them with a joystick! lol
Wonderful ride! Thank you very much.
Greg, I always enjoy your Videos! Attention to details, and explaining what your doing! I had a hard time with some of the radio traffic you make it look easy! Thanks so much!
This guy lives the life to the fullest. He has no boss.
I suspect that good looking brunette he was with may have a different idea about who the boss is.
He is the boss. What a way to live!!! Wish I had done this when I was younger and had the chance.
He was a Navy fighter Pilot and has lots of hours flying solo. Flying solo after lots of flights with a trainer makes u very aware of instrument usage. A terminology :Flying by the seat of your pants is flying by your senses and not by the instruments. You can have the feeling that you are flying straight and level even when their is great visibility and that is dangerous. Flying by the seat of your pants is never good flying at night.
@@tommytillery4973 Air Force.. it's literally the first thing he says in the intro.
Boy that sucker can spin an altimeter. Ain't no f-16 but she sure gets outta town
😁
Recollect doing 4000ft/min in a TriStar with a load of troops on board. (Short trip)
Great video, great editing, nice example of flow check top, bottom, left, right. Looking forward to more. Thank you.
Great ride. Thanks for all the cameras.
30:26 That's a lotta Mike on the mic there.
Fun fact: about a mile or so from the end of the runway you landed on is a cemetery holding the grave of Bonnie Parker (of Bonnie and Clyde).
Wasn't fun for bonnie and Clyde getting killed, that ruined their day
@Wes McGee In some dimensions, growing old sucks . . . if your faculties retire, before your 'ticker.'
@@allahsnackbar7699 Due to their 'questionable actions' however, Bonny & Clyde have anchored a place of notoriety . . . among their centuries villains ! 🎭

Excellent presentation!
I was wondering how Ft. Worth Center was going to keep you out of the way of DFW traffic!
I wasn't.
That's the kind of american pride that almost every man dreams about achieving Great job Sir. Your video is a statement of you carrier
I think you mean career.

Very inspiring, editing and professional video. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the ride. It is always impressive to be up front. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome flight. Me being the tightwad that i am.... immediately after hearing the amount of fuel used, i had to calculate the cost. Ouch. Around 2Gs!
Lawrence Naquin All that fuel and pollution to move two people a few hundred miles. Unbelievable.
More than a bit wasteful in this world of climate change.
@@apedreus and Megan A.: If you're that upset, come up with a better alternative. Words are meaningless without action. What are *you* two doing besides pointing fingers?
@@deltavee2 Ummmm, I'm thinking there may be commercial flights between California and Texas, ones that hold 200 people and burn far less fuel per person than flying your own plane.
1st. Merry Christmas to you and your family, Greg.
Beautiful footage
Glad for the ride. Good work on the video.
When you called the visual for the SW 737 on final, could you circle the plane for your viewers on the screen to give us a better reference? Nice flight.
I could try to although I doubt the cameras will actually pick it up.
I was thinking the same thing, it would be cool to see them also.
@@gregmink true but we could see where they are.
30:51 So that's where all the high mileage Boeings hang out. 🤣
really enjoyed all the views on this videos. Excellent job!
Thanks Greg....nice flight , always a pleasure and Merry Christmas to you and yours!
You need a shirt that says “Direct GREGS”
Good one!
Greg, you need to convince Premier Driver Boss to ride in the right seat more often....
Greg, again great intro. Rocking the music. Fantastic rotating cam, really like throttle angle. Great flight. Thanks for sharing flight stats! Looking forward to next video, thanks Freg. 👍👍👍.
That was a lot of fun and impressive. Very professional and cooperative the entire way. That sure looks like a great ride. thanks.
