Battery check: 17:00 67%, 3:20:20 10% So 57% gives just over 3 hours of mixed PS2 and GameCube usage with "High CPU", medium fan, WiFi on, 100% brightness and RGB lights on.
Hi FTN, I'm watching this video right now and wow, you were playing Doom64 back then. That's awesome, because I currently play it, too! I play it on my N64, though. Have you already finished it? I'm at level 22.
I’ve finished the PC version twice but not this N64 one. It’s also recently come out for the Dreamcast. I always avoided this game as it is obviously different from 1 and 2 but when I tried it, I realised it’s actually quite good. The level design is decent and I had a lot of fun with the set pieces.
Thanks for putting this up. I'm hoping to use mine straight out of the box. If it's not that slick, what route would you suggest for custom front end or modifications?
This looks awesome. Truth is I have the SteamDeck it plays everything I want. Plus its super comfy. If this anbernic device had a better screen maybe it would be more tempting. Alas, its awesome to see ps2 and gc emu. Portable handheld
I watched your video, you mentioned about not upgrading from the cube, I currently have neither and I am considering the 406 mostly because of the PS2 functionality, does the cube support PS2?
I'm looking forward to its processor, improved analogue sticks and improved screen featuring in a form factor and design more to my liking. I'd probably have bought the Cube if I didn't already own a RGB30. This latest device looks a bit Fisher Price, its bezels are way too large and the absence of analogue triggers is a major shortcoming. P.S. Does it play Rez (DC and PS2 versions) at full speed? At native resolution and at a boosted 2x internal resolution.
@@forthenext Superb! On original hardware the PS2 version runs at 60fps but at a lower resolution than the DC version's 480p at 30fps so the ability to upscale the internal rendering resolution will remedy the PS2 version's shortcoming.
PLEASE HELP ME I GOT THE RG 406V BUT I SKIPPED THE FILE DECOMPRESION SCREEN ACIDENTALLY AND NOW IT SAYS I HAVE 0 GAMES PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
just buy a second hand nintendo switch, it will last you longer with actual games and less trouble. Chinese products seldom last more than 3 months, my rg35xx broke in 4 months.
@@Patriotic_Eagle1995 you forgot Dreamcast, CPS1,2,3, Neogeo, Atomiswave,...maybe that still less than "actual games" on Switch (just Nintendo games) 😂
@@lordzedo22 Damn, you're right- even more consoles with no actual games. If only I had a switch, then for just €39.99 a year I would have access to *over a hundred* classic SNES, Megadrive and N64 games streaming over WiFi running on stolen freeware emulator backends! And I'd own nothing!

Impressive!
Hello, I have two questions. Does it have arcade games like Pac-man, Q*bert and Donkey Kong? and how many games does it hav ? (if you can tell me ofc)
3:21:48 those shoryukens
Love your videos - so unique compared to others.
I get bored playing retro games, but that device looks awesome! Liked the vid.
Oh how sophisticated your entertainment needs must be.
Retro games are endless, literally hundreds of thousands of games, maybe you should just try other games
I wonder if the sticks on this could be swapped into the 556....
Reminds me of playstation 1 grey
Black runs a bit slow on this. It constantly goes down to !round 57fps or around 97%. That is not cool.

ES-DE is a popular front end but it is paid. A free alternative which be Daijisho.
Did you use gaming SD card 512gb that was offered with rg406 together?
No, I used my own card.

The screen is upgraded from the last generation, we have 960x720 here which looks quite good.
@@forthenext THe video doesnt do the screen justice in this case. Thanks for the details bro

Yes and it has the same chip.

Rez plays perfectly at 2x upscale on the PS2 emulator. Also, the upgraded analog stick makes it a joy to play.
It should work fine on Dreamcast.

What kind of card are you using? Samsung?
Using a cheap Chinese brand called Topmore.
sir this ANBERNIC RG406V have wii emulator?
It can emulate Wii games with the Dolphin emulator.
can I play Star Trek Online, Fornite , Counter Strike ? I think these are on PS but I'm not sure ...
This video should be 30 min tops. 3h 25 min is insane
Ctfu😂 no like seriously though.
No way, I love the long videos it's great to play as background noise while working lol.
It’s a live stream archive big dog
😂😂😂😂
Just dont watch
Android kills it for me.
These emulators are only developed for android
God I hate streams so much... 1 minute 30 seconds looking at NOTHING but a console and a box adn then hearing the stray thoughts of someone...

a switch can only play switch lol, my anbernic still runs fine after almost one year. And btw, Switches also gets manufactured in china lmao
"Actual games" you say? Wow, that sounds awesome. My RG556 is stuck with just SNES, Megadrive, GBA, PS1, PS2, Gamecube, DS and 3DS catalogues
