Would only add that if you clear cookies, you'll wipe out all stored passwords for any of your websites...thanks for the vid. (Newly subbed - got me on the Garmen Instinct videos - got the watch yesterday!!)
Not silly at all. This will delete the cache which is just saves information about websites to make them load faster. This tutorial should help with deleting the history in Chrome ruclips.net/video/--I-YOVid7w/видео.html

Hello, I have a few Google Chrome User profiles. They are not Synced. I just would like to clear info on one of the user profiles I + Add'ed, not my main Google Chrome profile or any of the others. If I do what's in your video only in the profile window of the user profile I want it to effect, it will only do that user profile right. Leaving the others alone? Thanks for clarification.

I need further help though I fear cleaning my cache because I have a whole days work putting back passwords etc. I am trying to establish when in a particular platform, Allow me to use eBay as an example for your understanding and easier for me to explain. However is is not eBay. When in this troublesome platform I navigate from one internal page to another and when I attempt to do this I am logged out of the site altogether. and taken back to the login page. I re-log in OK no problems only to discover this happens again as I attempt to navigate internally, so I am going around in circles. I thought cleaning the cache would help. Any advice appreciated thanks. Of all the platforms I am involved with It only happens to one in particular.

Guess what? This doesn't work if you use Google Advanced Search. No matter how many times you clear everything for All Time, the sh!t stays in the Advanced Search! Anyone know how to clear Advanced Search? I'm not signed in to Google, it just saves it anyway.

I was having a problem where Outlook was not loading in Chrome. Clearing the cache solved that problem. Great job with this! Much appreciated

I think you have the checkbox algorithm backward. You check to clear, leave unchecked to maintain
I can get to clear browser history going three dots, then history. When I go three dotts then more tools, clear browsing date is not there???

Yeah, well even though I don't check saved passwords it clears them too. I see others complain and the threads have been locked with no solution.
