Loving the information in your videos. I am on a mission to find the root cause of a low stomach motility problem. You mention that Gastrin increases stomach emptying and CCK inhibits it. To counteract slow motility would the following be thinking in the right direction: Eat a high carb low protein meal with a calcium supplement - this triggers gastrin secretion. Then eat a protein or amino acid supplement - this triggers CCK secretion which pushes bile to the small intestine. Therfore this combo would cause the gastrointestinal system as a whole to work correctly - stomach emptying first then increasing small intestinal motility.

Suffering from pain under the ribs on the left side and most of the stools are diarrhea and a light mustard color what does this indicate in your opinion? Is it a gallbladder? pancreas? Or a bowel problem? I thought about taking pancreatic digestive enzymes (Pancreatin) or bile salts Or alternatively Colostrum or Grass Fed Beef Intestines for the gut taking probitic and try to heel stomch and not see so improvment thank u

There’s a difference between short-chain fatty acids and long-chain fatty acids.
