Make soft & fluffy white loaf bread from home with very simple ingredients. Better than store-bought loaf breads.
✔️Ingredients
1 cup lukewarm water [240 ml]
1/4 cup sugar [50 grams]
2 tsp instant yeast [6 grams]
1/4 cup vegetable oil [60 ml]
3 cups all purpose flour [384 to 400 grams]
1/2 tsp salt

I used milk instead of water, added 2tbsp. sugar and butter while kneading! Just like what you advised on the comments.

Hi question lang, with regards dun sa butter, did you skip adding veggie oil and used butter instead? Or additional step lang yung pagdagdag ng butter?

I just had to add little flour while kneading the dough precisely 1/2 tsp of flour.

niluto ko to with a twist nga lang dahil maliit loaf pan ko hinati ko nalang at nilagay sa lanera tapos lagyan ko yung isa pagka luto ng melted margarine at grated garlic sarap
