    I know it’s almost blasphemy, but my expensive Noveske recon is far from my most accurate barrel. Maybe I got a lemon.
    Id like to see some groups when you can do the comparison. Try some other barrels when you can. I’m liking a proof stainless right now. I have an old Larue that shoots great. Some of the newer barrels from them have not been as good.

      reach out to Noveske directly. They are really good with warranty.

    • @seanoneil277
      @seanoneil277 Год назад

      I'd say Noveske are known historically for consistent quality more than anything and it's tough losing the founder of any company. Lots of good AR pattern rifle barrels out there. Unless you are running a gas gun against bolt guys in an informal benchrest competition, there's plenty of accurate barrels to choose from. I have good barrels from Odin Works and AR Performance. And you can spend a bit more than those prices and get into Shilen, Bartlein, Krieger levels, or Proof if you want a more fancy or carbon sleeved thing. And, lots of barrels can be accurate if you can handload for your barrel & chamber.

      Knights has a proprietary barrel extension and bolt as well as a proprietary gasblock (and perhaps even gas system length, but I‘m not sure about that last one) so no, you can’t really and if you do, you‘re essentially replacing all the parts that make the KAC more reliable and differentiate it from a regular AR.
