So you can just change the backlight??? My iPad 12.9” works great but the backlight has turned yellow (and have made sure it’s not night shift, True Tone, any of those) except for one strip along the dock is still white. Apple said the backlight was laminated to the screen and would be approx ~$700 to replace! Thanks for the video, I think I can do this myself! Do you recommend parts from anywhere in particular?

@@viv.714 good for you. I would not recommend to attempt it at your primary device though. I am b2b motherboard repair shop and I fix DIY gone wrong( sometimes tech damage as well).
Plus, depends on the model, you may have to replace the pmic instead.
