Great review. Many people have the same sort of commute for work you described, for them a car like this will work great. You described about 8,000 miles pa, pretty average. If someone has a drive or access to a charger then living with one of these will be easy as long as they dont do regular 200 mile trips..

Thank you! We don't even have a charger. They have chargers at work, and we charge once per week. The benefits compared to petrol are great! And the expenses much lower!

Hi , great video , currently trying to decide to go full EV or stick with another hybrid for the next years ? .. Can I ask what real range you are getting ? ... and you mention adaptive cruise control , I didn't think the GS spec car had it ? .. the ultimate version does .... either way great video

      Thank you so much!
Real range is around 160 miles, but the truth is that we never really went all the way to test its limits.
As for the adaptive cruise control, ours does have it but not sure if this is the case with all GS versions.
For our needs, full electric makes much more sense.

Now tell everyone about all the many unfixable faults this car has.
My advice to anyone that wants a Mokka e is to buy one that is 6months old for half the price of a new one. Initially people were told the car would hold its value better than fuel cars. Total opposite, some people are in negative equity on finance. The doors not opening is an on going no fix since 2021. Battery health dropping for no reason. But it’s not a concern that you get less mileage?
Dont buy from dealers that sell for Vauxhall buy straight from Vauxhall. Buy a warranty if your car is going to be 3 years or older while you have it.
Good luck getting in your car if you are a lone female and you feel u safe. The car stops opening at any given time and having to open the boot manually first to unlock your car so you can get in? Its an on going intermittent problem. Totally unsafe !

We have not faced any of these problems in the past couple of months that we have this car. There is no door problem at all. Quite the opposite, everything works as it's supposed to work.
Keeping the worth is an actual issue with all electric cars. We bought a slightly used second hand and yes the price was very low compared to a brand new one. Still though we have the manufacturers warranty. As for the battery health, we have no clue yet as to if it has dropped or not. It's too early to know.
Pitty to have such problems, and we hope they fix them soon. 🙏
