I bought that vacuum a year ago! Best decision of my life! I showed it to my neighbour and she will receive hers next week. It's the ultimate cleaning experience!!
Thank you. Ive just brought this vacuum, went into the shop to buy the bissell and ended up walking out with this one with all the attachments and the 3 heads.
@@geekanoids i absolutely love it. I want to get the other head that you put powder in for the carpets also. Ive used every attachment so far and love everyhing about it. My tiles have never been so clean ever.
Very good review ! I have two since years and i will never change, even Dyson and so on. This is really the " Rolls Royce " of vacuum cleaner. Expensive but you can keep it for more than 20 years, my aunt have one too since late 90's and still working !
When I saw the vacuum I was reminded of Rosie from the Jetsons, don't know why but it reminded me of her. Seems like a good cleaner but the price will turn a lot of people off. How would you compare this one to a Dyson?? Great video Dave.
Did you buy it? I brought one a few days ago, the newer model to this one and I absolutely love it. Ive used every attachment and brought extras and my house has never been so clean and we have a inside dog and the sheds ALOT and there's no trace if her, not to mention my asthma is so much better
@Jeff Bourke it seems you don't have all the info on filtration system. Filter bags here retain 99,99% not 99. I just checked in my user manual. So no compromise, and no battery. This model works plugged.
Hi! I need one information please! I bought this model but I don't like to have so many pieces.. one for every work. So I thought could be useful buy a piece of one older model of vk, I don't know exactly the model, with which you can vacuum amd clean the carpets and vacuum the mattresses. Is this possible? My vacuum vk200 will be compatible with pieces of one older VK? Thanks! :)
@gli 150110 you can use EB 360/370 ( same but colours are different ) . I have EB 360 with VK 140 and i can use it on carpet/hard floors/mattress and dry cleaning. But for dry cleaning and mattress you have to put other brushes inside the brush head.
Actually, I have this vacuum cleaner and the suction is supposed to be stronger than Dyson and Shark. I use the max suction on almost all my surfaces, but unfortunately it is too hard to maneuver for me on some surfaces and I have to use a lesser suction. Another thing I don't like is that some of my rugs move easily and I have to turn the vacuum off before I can lift it onto the other rug. That's really annoying. However, I didn't know about all these other cool attachments, so am looking forward to trying them!
I have the stick vac dyson and the corded dyson and this vacuum now, I'm selling my dysons and this vacuum is soooo much better and way more powerful. It actually pulls the dirt from the bottom up, where the dyson only does half of that. There's no comparison with them, dysons are like on a 2 where this is a 10 plus
@@MrAnna2626 i havent had the problem, but i have expensive rugs so maybe they are thicker thats why don't move. I have a bad back and that one of the reasons why we brought this machine and i dont my whole 4 bedroom, 2 lounge room house and my back wasn't even sore at all after it
I brought this 3 days ago and we have a 5 year warranty here and we also have a 20 year free service and maintenance with Godfrey's which they recommend doing every 6-12 months
I have a 4 bedroom house, 2 lounge rooms, 2 dining rooms, 3 bathrooms and a laundry and kitchen and walk in pantry and it does my whole house and still isn't half full yet. No where near it.
HOW MUCH???? Not a chance. Decent vacuum £100...mop and bucket £5... Saving.. Priceless!!! Good review though buddy and it looks amazingly well made but WAY overpriced.
wait, you're telling me that there is no additional filtration to the bag? You just have to rely on the bag being some "super bag" that does all the filtration? I say NO.
Maybe a misunderstanding ? Yes the bag here is a " filter bag ", i think this is the only in the world. Why no ?? The filter bag retains up to 99% microdust due to HEPA certification and TUV certification. No need to replace any HEPA separate filter. There is at least a motor protection filter ! I don't really understand what is the problem with that ?
You do realise it been approved from the asthma foundation as top of the range. Also in australia the asthma foundation as a 5 point grading on what is asthma suitable, but it Germany they have a 7 point system, therefore its the BEST on the market. You clearly don't understand how the filtration work. Normal vacuums will admit dust while you're vacuuming, but with this it has ZERO dust admitted..
True - but worth it! I had my original Vorwerk for 20+ years (cost around 800) - never had a day's trouble with it and it was fantastic! Only had to replace because the brushes had worn down to almost nothing. Replaced it with a bagless Dyson - horrible thing - saving up for a new Vorwerk now!!!!
@@jacquisharples629 yeah there's no comparison is there. I have the stick vac dyson and the barrel dyson and I'll be selling them now ive brought this one 3 days ago. I thought I'd still use the stick vac, but no way, I love this vacuum.

That’s really good to hear. Thanks for sharing this info.
Finally, a great review, you covered all the basis, thank you.
Many thanks 😊
Purchased the mopping unit today which can be retro fitted to the previous Vorwerk model. Works wonderfully.
Great to hear! Have an excellent weekend.

Hello! Many thanks for your fantastic review - usually my back hurts when hoovered the vacuum- did your back hurt when you used this product or not?
Mine did not hurt.

It is much quieter, easier to manoeuvre too.
Geekanoids
Plz how much is cost.
When will I be able to purchase it in the US?? 😫😫😫 best vacuum ever. You guys are lucky. Here we only have heavy bulky vacuums.
Hi Greta, I would contact Vorwerk direct, they might be able to help you.
Try the Bissell Crosswave it does the same thing but better and much less expensive !
Very nice review! I am in the process of making a decision to buy it and your review helped. :) thank you!
That's great news. Have an amazing day.
Hi Bojana, did you eventually consider a purchase? Dean

Hi were i can buy this if i living in the U.S. i cant find one online…ty
I am not sure they supply the USA. Best bet is to contact Vorwerk directly.
I wish those were available in the US
Maybe they can ship direct.
How this Vorwerk compared to Rainbow vacuum?
from what i have read, the "super bags" only filter 99% instead of HEPA 99.97%. i guess this is the compromise to have it battery powered.
🤓👍🏻

Pretty sure they are.

7:52 what is that little green tab on the upper inside? are you sure there is not a filter there?
Sorry I no longer have this to check.
@Jeff Bourke the green tab here is for the motor protection filter.
oh my good this vacuum cleaner is biulding in germany wuppertal this vacummcleaner holdet not very long
Hi Dave
Just watched this video; I’ve heard some good things about it. How good is it in relation to Dyson and Shark? Is it powerful?
Not quite as powerful suction, but much better design and the end result seems better.

What on earth are you talking about? The suction is MUCH stronger than a dyson or a shark...
how come you have 5-year warranty in UK while in Australia we have only two?
I do not know the reason. Might be local consumer laws that dictate it.
It has a life time warranty in Germany

Yes, this is an investment, they have customers using their original vacuum some 20+ years later.
