RUclips works in mysterious ways. My other account only has 40 odd subs and fluctuates 38-41 depending on the day. Can be anything with video views too, bot views being discounted, maybe people using VPNs, some weird algorithm update, etc. I think it's best just to ignore it all and keep going. You'll know when you get a lot more viewers and subs as commenters will go up no doubt.
