- В 2010 году шоу, проходившее в Нью-Йорке, прошло весьма пышно и празднично. Чего только стоит Адриана Лима (Adriana Lima) в бюстгальтере за 2 миллиона долларов. Именно Адриана Лима стала главным ангелом шоу. А еще, это было первое за 13 лет шоу без участия Хайди Клум (Heidi Klum), которая завершила сотрудничество с «Victoria's Secret». Среди всех ангелов единодушно лучшие крылья продемонстрировала Алессандра Амбросио (Alessandra Ambrosio), а Рози Хантингтон-Уитли (Rosie Huntington-Whiteley) отметили как обладательницу самого изящного корсета. I LOVE when they interview the girls and they speak so lovingly about eachother, tease eachother and talk about eachother's personalities. the fact that woke extremist feminists say these shows are misogynistic is so small minded. These girls are all about women empowerment. It celebrates SENSUALITY, not sluttiness or vulgarity.

What make it so enjoyable is how much fun and energy there is. The more recent show lack the over the top vibe. No need big celebrity. Make the clothes stunning and a good set, make the concept and art direction interesting. Let the model have personality and charisma. Let them interact with the crowd. The show should feel like a concert. Light plays, fun music , a hyped crowd. Make it glamorous, luxurious and fun. Yet a little scandalous, it’s lingerie after all. let

I miss this show in this way! I don't know why the backlash and people saying that having skinny models is causing girls to be sick and stuff like that. I watch them and just think they are beautiful and did a great job as a models. Never want to be like them like ever! It seems easy on camera but having that job it is not a total blast

It DOES have to do with politics. Look up why they stopped the show - it was a lot of woke bash lash. Brands now try to be as inclusive as possible by being bland and unassuming as possible. Why they didn't just hire someone like Ashley Graham and make glamorous clothes for big women is beyond me. The 2000s media like Perez Hilton was awful but the clothes and vibe was soooo feminine and sexy. And the clothes the celebs wore were actually attainable! Brands they were a couple hundred tops not thousands.

Those times when there only one or two artist performing. Those last year we could artists performing in every segment of the VSFS.
It's sad they didn't highlight Karolina like they did in the early 2000's. It seems after 2007 or 2008 show she dropped off as one of their highlighted models.

Trying to please everyone was the downfall of VS.
facts. I know a huge percentage of their consumers and loyal long time buyers didn't care that there wasn't a trans model, or a disabled model, or an obese model, etc... but then the triggered bullies on twitter cancelled them and ruined it for all the models who loved working on the show and for the customers. Such a shame.Especially because the brand was started back in the 70's .
