    Dan Campbell is one of my heroes. I feel a connection to Soupy that I just don't get with any other musician. I believe every single word that comes out of his mouth, there's no bullshit, I have never felt like that about another musician before. Jason Butler comes close, but Soupy's lyrics hit so hard that they play on my mind all day. The man is a saint and he deserves all of this success, along with the rest of the band. The Wonder Years have had a true impact on my life, and for that I am forever thankful. Thank you.

      Well said, dude. Soupy seems like such a genuine person and it's reflected through his lyrics/music. This band just makes me feel things that the majority of other bands on the planet just can't. They deserve all the success they've had and more.

    As a guy with terrible social awkwardness there there makes me so happy that I'm not the only person out there that wakes you up to apologize and has my heart strung up on a clothing line. I love you Soupy.

    I got goosebumps at the end there, Dan's the most passionate lead singer I've ever seen. They're all just brilliant.

    I wonder if they filmed the Greatest Generation show they did at Vintage Vinyl - if so, I'd love to see them post that!

  • @gusward728

    I wonder how the guys are holding up while preforming this. I know every artist has to learn how to separate their songs from themselves when they get off stage otherwise they get depressed but god all the lyrics on this record are really rough, I cant imagine going through all of that then having to re-visit it for a show.

      I never step away from it, it takes away from the experience and makes it fake.

    • @scampoli25
      @scampoli25 9 лет назад

      It just seemed like he was pissed. He told people not to film the last two songs and he did it anyway. I assume thats why he stormed off after the last song

    • @stephisalive
      @stephisalive 9 лет назад +2

      +scampoli25 he stormed off because of emotions. at least that's what it looked like to me

    • @sigigil1299
      @sigigil1299 9 лет назад +1

      He stormed off at the acoustic show in NYC as well, the first day they were here. He just gets emotional fam.

    I'm honestly disappointed by their performance of Cardinals - from 1:13 to 1:30 there's a significant tempo difference (they started faster, like on the record, but slowed down quite a bit). Slowing down like that is expected for amateurs, but not for these guys.

    • @CabinPressure95
      @CabinPressure95 8 лет назад +11

      if the whole band slowed down at the same time it was probably intentional xD
