i met soupy a few weeks ago, and he is the sweetest guy ever. easily the best show i've ever seen, on top of that. every member of the band shows so much emotion, it's fucking amazing.
When I met them at Warped years ago and told them Suburbia was at least as good as Upsides, they were so psyched and appreciative. They cared about the music. The show itself was amazing. They literally slowed/stopped the music to bitch out the security for not helping crowd surfers to the ground and letting one drop. Soupy actually got off stage and got in his face. It was wonderful.
I've watched this video at least 10 times and it pumps me up every time. The energy you feel from the songs added with Soupy's relatable lyrics easily makes this my #1 band, hands down.
i had the immense pleasure of meeting Soupy at In N Out when they played in San Diego for the Glamour Kills tour. He was totally chill and laid back. I wish we could have talked to him longer. It was seriously the best night of my life, that concert.
this was really well done and mixed right. It's the first live performance I've heard of them where I can actually here the vocals and instruments, well done!
I know. They are all amazing musicians, and I wish that this band could be more recognized for doing what they do. They put so much heart into their music.
the energy that they can produce without a crowd is amazing. i watched the ADTR Ap Sessions after i watched this and it was soo boring because they dont move without a crowd
maybe because their genre was punk, and punk is groovy and energetic. idk, its just my opinion, who the hell cares, even my parents dont give a fuck about my opinion. lol
Such a great band I saw them in Arizona with Streetlight Manifesto, and The Supervillians. Even with a great line up like that The Wonder Years stole the show.
I met Soupy at the show in De Kalb, Illinois. He is such a great fucking guy, never has done this for any other reason then letting it all out. The Wonder Years are awesome, hands down.
Alot of pop-punk bands have really mediocre musicianship, just playing power chords and stuff, but not them. Especially with drumming. Mike's drumming is insanely tight and flawless live, he could compete with heavy metal drummers.
I find it somehow fitting that the guy that does their screams/less clean vocals is a big burly dude with a beard.XD I mean, Soupy has one to now, but yeah.. lol
I love Soupy to death, but the other members deserve recognition too; Matt, Casey, Mike, Josh, and Nick are putting a lot into this performance too. Not hating on you, I love the wonder years.
Watching these old videos made me realize Soupy really went from Jesse Pinkman to Walter White real quick.
I got to play on that stage opening for the misfits, great sound, and a breathtaking venue!

Man, these guys will always be my favorite band, but I just wish Mikey would play with a click track. Regardless, stellar performance.

First off, this isn't "screamo", this is pop-punk, which is WAY different from "screamo." And secondly, who uses hashtags on RUclips?
