  • Taking A Psychological Test For Fun (It WORKED!)
In this episode of Therapy Business School, I break from the norm and offer you questions from a psychological test just for fun.
The 'test'-it's more of a game, really-comes from one of two books I have called Kokology and Kokology 2. Kokology is the study of 'Kokoro' (mind or spirit in Japanese).
How did you do? Was it accurate or not?
Let me know in the comments.
👉 Here are the two Amazon links for the books if you are interested:

Next week, the content will be back to normal with tips, advice and suggestions.

Well James, I picked number 4 but the description is way off. I'm definitely more like number 2 👍

I compare alot when I really shouldn't due to imposter syndrome, my shortcomings definitely bother me, and I'm always working on my 'self'. However, I'm intrigued as to what the rest of the books contain so I may well invest 😊

Some are way off the mark, but some really hit the bullseye for me and got me thinking, "Wow, I didn't realise that about myself"!
Overall, they are fun little books, and can even be used in therapy sessions with clients to discover belief systems.
So with this one, imagine if you posed this kind of question to a client, their answer could really open the door to their thoughts.
