Yuri says "Davai!" Which means “let’s go!” or “Come on!” Depending on context it might mean to hurry up or to motivate.
“Salud” is like a way of saying “cheers” or a toast. It can also mean good health.
I’m taking French in school right now, but my ability to identify the words in a sentence is not very good, so I deeply apologize for any mistakes regarding the French part.
EDIT: At 2:00 the reporter is saying "On dirait que ni Yuri Katsuki ni Viktor Nikiforov n'ont l'énergie qu'on leur connait d'habitude." (Credit: LM's Gaming - Bless your soul)
In one French part, 1:51 the reporter says "comment allez-vous" which really means "how are you." I was unsure if the anime translation and the literal translation could be interchanged so I left the English translation as the same as the anime.
Yuri's name, "Yuratchka" is a pet name or a name of affection for Yuri. Some comments also say that Yuratchka is Yuri's full name. Thank you for those who commented.

"Yurachka" is a diminutive variant of "Yuri". It's equvalant to "John-Johnny" in English. However, it's rather archaistic for modern russians to use such diminutives nowadays, so only people over 40 still say something like this.

Hi! :) In 0:37 when they say "salud" it doesn't mean "health", it means "cheers". Health is indeed one of the meanings of the word, but it's not that one in this context. (My native language is Spanish).

oze lol yeah ik. but in the anime it had that translation (Now to you), so I wasn't sure if it was interchangeable. bc "en direct" meant "live" so it made sense that the anime had "reporting" instead of that.

I was going to comment about the "Salud!" translation thing, but I see the notes. In context is basically "Cheers!"
However "Salud" is used more when you drink something, not when you eat.
When you eat it's more often said "Provecho" or "Que aproveche". It doesn't have a direct translation into English, but it's very similar to "Bon Appétit" in French, something you said hoping for the people who will eat your food is full and likes it.
"Yurachka" is basically a cute nickname or a cute way of saying Yuri in Russian

Someone else already pointed that out but «Comment allez-vous, Monsieur Morooka» means «How are you, Mr. Morooka»
