- A sad story of kidney failure has been on social media for the last few days. Everyone wants to know what happened to the kidneys of Asad Abbas, and no one seems to care about Asad Abbas, the person.
In this video, I have tried to embrace the failures of our society and healthcare toward our patients because without doing so, we cannot understand how we failed our celebrity patient-Asad Abbas.
It was not just the kidneys of Asad Abbass that failed. We all failed.

I listened to all your lecture but you never saved someone’s life and you took a lot of money from the patient but nothing happened at the end and no one got saved from you. You have given a long lecture and show it to everyone but you have to acknowledge on what you are saying and if what your saying is right or wrong. If your gonna say all these things why don’t you do it and save a patient and show it to us instead of only talking. Your medicines couldn’t work and save any patients till this day. All of your medicine companies are a fraud and don’t work at all. If they do it’s just temporary and didn’t really fix a patient fully.
Saqib Sahib thanks for sharing your experience and pain. I think you are mixing me up with Prof Javen Akram who gives lectures and has a pharmaceutical company. I rarely give lectures, and I do not have any medicine company.

This is the best informative video about Kidneys I have ever seen. I am also going through kidney problems. I had initially a large prostate due to which faced frequent ruination in small quantity and the bladder remained full of urine. It came to notice when my primary doctor sent me for routine lab tests. The tests revealed that I had Acute Renal failure and doctor sent me to Emergency. To cut the story short, I had a laser surgery to remove the prostate parts hindering the flow of urine. However, this episode caused damage to my kidneys as the urine accumulated in my kidneys for a long time and was not being discharged. My creatinine level reached to around 3 and efgr around 40. I was told to control my sugar and BP in the first place and change my life style and diet etc. it’s now 2 years I’m using less salt and protein. Eating the food which is friendly to kidneys like cauliflower, cabbage, turnip, egg whites , apples, Red grapes, Red bell peppers, onions, blueberries and Radishes etc. In the meantime my creatinine level has come to normal ie under 1.30 and efgr 60. However, if sometime become complacent and eat more chicken or other protein, the creatinine level rises. To check the creatinine and efgr I ensure to have lab tests every month.

Just you were shocked with the number of your creatinine, I was shocked to see patients creatinin in Pakistan this high with no previous records available. So, I am focusing on more screening so that we can catch kidney disease early on. Second, if we know we have kidney disease, how we can manage it, just like you are doing with your kidneys. And the lifestyle changes you follow are not only healthy for the kidneys but for the whole body, from head to toe. Great work! Keep checking your blood creatinine level every 6 months.
Its a simple blood test and will show if kidneys are in danger.
Drink a lot of clean water too❤
In February my creatnine .90 and now in June 1.3
@@asishkumar1483 Make sure you have no fever for a week before the blood test.Also no exercise for 2days before test and drink plenty if water a day before the test and just before test drink 2 glass water.
Then repeat the creatinine blood test from a good lab and let us know.
Also find the eGFR from the lab

This is a very informative video and i was watching this because i feel some early simptoms, like pain in my left kidny side and the leg as well. The other little bit of protein in urine.
What should you suggest me?
