      @@Haven_Media I really like the 402A package. Comes with a lot and worth the price difference. I ended up getting the 401A though, since most of what’s in the 402 I won’t even be taking advantage of 🤷‍♂️
      Most useful for me would’ve probably been the 4A for rain and snow, but I don’t make many snow trips in the winter anyway, so I’ll continue to throw bags of salt over the rear axle for the extra traction lol

    I have a 24 XLT black appearance package. I had the BDS kit installed which includes a fox snap ring adjustable front strut that resuses the factory spring . The kit also comes with BDS control arms and fox 2.0 rear shocks. The truck has a slight rack still even at the highest ring clip setting on the front strut.

    I was planning on either all black, a midnight black, or oxford white with some black highlights, but this dark grey is stunning. I am now seriously considering this too. This is a beautiful truck in this video. I just hate chrome, so I'll get rid of any of that on whatever vehicle I get.

    I was just told the 2025 Tremor will be available with the Powerboost option. If true, I will likely get that, and do after market custom work like you did here. I'm thinking 2 1/2" to 3 1/2" level, 35's on 17 or 18 wheels, and a bit of a poke, about what you did here. I'm thinking narrower tires, say 9" or 10" wide, might do a bit better on slippery conditions like snow and ice, more pounds per square inch on the ground, at least that's what I've always understood was the best in such conditions, narrower better than wider. Any thoughts on that? Great vehicle. Nice job!
    Oh, as to my question in my prior post, I'm told there is a software package you can buy after market and install that will correctly re-aligns the ongoing data points like distance and mph and such when you do this custom work that includes larger tires. I just don't recall the product name.

    • @gabbygonzaga552

      Who told you that?

    • @Nate-zy5ce
      @Nate-zy5ce 19 дней назад +1

      @@gabbygonzaga552 Fair question. It was not directly from Ford. A few months back a RUclipsr commented that he had heard that. And then just a day or so before I posted this comment, another RUclipsr specifically said that he was told that. So mine is second hand info, but fingers are crossed. A different youtuber on this same subject said he would love the Powerboost, but its towing capacity drops way off and he needs to maximize towing capacity so he would not get it. I do not know if that is true. Am hoping it is not. I'm actually wondering if he was confusing the Tremor generally with the powerboost in that regard because though the Tremor towing and payload capacity is much better than the Raptor's, it is quite a drop off from say the XLT or Lariat or Platinum's. The Tremor towing and payload capacity generally, splitting the diff b/t the Raptor and others is good for me, so I will want to learn if this is true.

      Hey Nate, thanks for your comments.. narrower tires do technically get better traction in mud or snow but a 12.5" wide tire is pretty common on a offroad application.
      The product I believe you were thinking to change tire size and vehicle parameters is called forscan (i'ts an application you can install on your computer and plugs into your obd port and you can change different parameters in your truck such as wheel size, headlight functions etc.. I have had it on my previous vehicles and you can petty much change any parameter you would like.. like shutting your tpms off or drl's or having it so your fog lights and high beams on at the same time lol

      Thanks for the info. That's useful. Another question. Regarding the 12.5" wide tire being common, do you think a Tremor lifted/leveled like yours would look weird with a 9" or 10" wide tire instead of 12.5", and are there even such tires, and any trade offs? I also imagine a narrower tire than 12.5 might be less likely to risk rubbing other things being equal like a bit of an offset or other.

    • @Haven_Media
      @Haven_Media  10 дней назад

      I was about to get avalanche too, I think avalanche looks really great on the tremor as well if you like lighter colours! Just remember when you get a 402 they come with black bumpers, the 401 comes with painted

  • @Nate-zy5ce

    OMG, that is beautiful. A question. When you level like this and add larger 35" tires, I assume that results in making the real time data like travel distance, mpg, mph incorrect, and probably affects the correctness of the surround camera system accessible thru the 12" center console screen. Is there something that you did, or can be done, to make these things correct again? Any thoughts on this?
