ye I feel like they should focus on filling lots in the city instead of expanding do far out even if it will cost a little more. also St. George needs to start building upward. not like crazy tall but some office/apartments/hotels that are at most 10-15 stories. most cities our size have them.
@@macraeheppler They started working on one of them... I am just curious what is going in on the one they are actively working on. It is between the road (3400 W) and the new Walmart addition. They are flattening out the whole area.
