You missed another plus of the dining room table. If you work on a laptop, you can adjust the height down a couple of inches to make typing easier. Sounds silly, but if you spend time on a computer, it’s a lifesaver!

Good job! Better than most. A few suggestions. Review the "bones", foundation, hidden design features like frame, walls roof, axles, brakes, tires along with "specs" such as height, width , length ,weights (loaded and unloaded, GVWR, pin weight). These are extremely important for any towable especially a "half ton". Then the floorplan and sparkly stuff that sells the deal. You did a real good job but sit in the recliner and show me how it performs. What was the wattage of the microwave? Cubic ft of refrigerator? Thank you.

Gvwr is great an all but what is the pin weight as most half tons payload isn't great enough for a fifth wheel

Very nice unit. The only pro/con is the size. While it's an amazing unit for the size, especially with the huge fridge, there's not a lot of internal storage.
