On the Greenburst tear, ANY form of quick stamina recovery is essential, especially if: - You're going to be dodging and atttacking a lot - You're a build that specializes in swinging around big weapons such as Colossal Swords and Colossal Weapons, which consume quite a bit of stamina - You use shields and are constantly blocking attacks without running out of stamina - or just any purpose that requires a mess of stamina to use
just use the pickled turtle neck consumable, only really have to farm herba which is everywhere. Also DLC has an even stronger version although one of the ingredients is really hard to farm. Free up a space in your physik
Fun fact alongside the Twiggy cracked tear, and this is true with the death defy rings in Dark Souls: if you have a current death stain, and die under the effect, the stain stays. Letting you repeatedly try to get your runes back.
Fun Fact about the Ruptured physick: you can use it to "wrong warp" into the Capital. If you get one in your bottle, go to the teleporter trap in the weeping peninsula, & jump down the elevator into the capital city version of the roundtable hold- if you time the explosion just right you can the death plane there to get into the capital without 2 Great runes.
The Cerulean Tear is sorta oddly described but it puts the FP cost of anything to 0. This means you can summon high cost Spirits in PvE if you lack FP for them too, not just skills and spells. But only the ones that cost FP, not Mimic Tear or the likes. Crimsonwhorl tho I feel like only works with spells? Don't quote me on that but I think it's primary use is "anti-magic". iirc, it makes Elden Stars a joke since you heal from it rather then take damage. I could be wrong.
While the crimsonburst cant stack with other Heal over time buffs, they can still be both applied at the same time so each can kinda stack. My first build was a self healing build so that way i can tank bosses, and i heavily relied on healing over time with 60 vigor and only 4 crimson flasks. Any incantation to apply self healing will negate eachother(ex: bestial vitality will overwrite blessing of erdtree and viseversa), but all can be applied at the same time with the crimsonburst tear, icon shield, blessed dew talisman, holy ground AOW, royal remains armor set, and warming stone for a whopping healling of 300-400 hp/sec(im too lazy to calculate exactly how much but its somewhere in there and this number doesnt apply the armor since usually im just dead) Something to note if you look at your buffs in the top left it will not show the crimsonburst buff while an incantion heal is applied but it is still applied and just hidden. And if you want to do this build yourself weapons of choice are: Blasphemous blade, serpent-gods curved sword, great stars(maybe even dual), or any weapon that can use blood tax. If your gonna use a weapon with blood tax equip godskin swaddling cloth for even more healing

I run an 80 int, max casting speed build (obviously), the opaline hardtear and cerulean hidden tear combo is how I open every fight, pvp or pve. Armor up and unload as many spells as I can. In pve I go for pure comet spam, but in pvp it's a mix of comets, shard spirals, and magic glintblades before I run at them with the wing of astel

From what I've experienced crimsonwhorl out heals any magic that's not big burst damage like cannon of haima, giants flame take thee etc.
