Great...all my concerns were addressed in this one video. However, I have just one concern: Can all answers be put to just a single form, rather than, it seems, each answer goes to a different form. I'd prefer everything in once spreadsheet. I get confused with so many different files in my drive.
Very detailed thanks. I do have a couple of question though which I can't work out. 1. When they answer the first question on the form and are directed to the next Google Site with the url, how do I get subsequent questions to go to the subsequent sites, as the confirmation message is for the end of the form and there doesn't seem to be one per question, so they keep getting directed back to that second site. Am I doing it wrong? 2. Do I need a different form per question to solve this?
I'm having the same question Although...she never answered it...a little frustrated trying to make it go back and forth between the site and form, because I need to it link to one question at a time. :( I've tried setting up a new question on a new form each time, but that still doesn't seem to work because then I can't get the form to tell the student they have missed an answer. It just sends them to the correct answer every time.
Oh, My God! You were there and I didn't know! But I'm preparing for 20-21! I will be ready this time!!! Thanks so much for all your tutorials, great ideas and great resources!!! Thanks so much!!!
I absolutely love your tutorials. They are so helpful. I am looking forward to making the digital escape room, but I wanted to know if each time a clue is given does several pages/tabs open up on their computer? I look forward to your response.
I created one. But my images that i created in slides are having issues being seen. Its an escape room and a few of the images work but most say restricted even when i share. Any ideas?
I have the same question as Angela below. My students need to ask for the access for everything and it looks like there is no way to send individual copies to each student through Google Classroom. Any suggestions?
Also, how do they get to the certificate at the end? How do you link that to a successful answer? Would they need a "Now click here" message after they complete the final task?
@@EZEdTech I was wondering the same thing. Do you mean that after they answered a question from, say, the first Google form page, they couldn't click to go to the next page?
I love your Matrix references in these videos. It was the first DVD I ever purchased and I still love it. I just watched it a few weeks ago. Thanks so much for taking the time to share your know-how and mad skills! ⚡️⚡️⚡️ I love Escape Rooms and this idea is awesome. 💡💛✨
You truly are a one of a kind educator. Thank you so much for taking the time to create these lessons. I learned so much and all the ideas in my head to create this type of escape room experience---you had all the answers! (I've done one just simply on google forms) Top notch experience. How can I send you my creation?
I encountered that when I was creating slides with embedded video or images from my Google Drive. You basically have to also share all items that you include in a Google Slides. I imagine the same applies to a website. Hope this helps
Question: I have used your tutorial which is awesome! But I am having issues with my link not working when the students click to go to their Google classroom to complete a worksheet. They are getting a message that the class does not exist. At first, I thought it was because I was using the same Escape room for different classes but in the original class, there were some students that received the same error. Do you have any idea what I can do or what I did wrong? I have checked everything and it was published and I had your video up going step by step as I created mine
Rhonda Morgan yes! Check out my tutorial on how to make interactive slides ruclips.net/video/2oJT_CXLeGw/видео.html I also have a new one on how to make interactive slides for student centered lessons.
EZ EdTech! Thank you but that wasn’t it. It was something like lingojam but different. I’ll use lingojam for now. Thanks again. Also, I am just learning all of this, so what’s the advantage to those google slide bit mojo classrooms?
Personal Estok then it wasn’t me you heard about it from! Lol. The bitmoji classrooms make the lesson more visually appealing which increases student engagement, in my opinion.
Thanks a lot! This is the most complete escape room I've seen in all whole youtube. Congrats!

Hello. Awesome tutorial - Do you know how to include a countdown timer, that isn't a video from RUclips?

I am a content teacher and I want them to get atleast 7 out 10 before I give them the next site how can I do that?
You are a GENIUS. Thank you, for this excellent tutorial.
OK...kinda obsessed with ur tutorials. I'm starting to feel like a technology rock star ;-)
Beverly Shelley you just made my day! 😊
Oh, My God! You were there and I didn't know! But I'm preparing for 20-21! I will be ready this time!!! Thanks so much for all your tutorials, great ideas and great resources!!! Thanks so much!!!
Isabel Sandoval my pleasure! I’m so happy I can help you prepare!
This will really help me build my escape room for my students. ThBk you! You made the steps easy to follow!
Thank you for the explanation! I’ve been wanting to do this for a while.
Wow! This was soooo helpful! Thank you!
Hi, Gin Can you please give the link for the Video about the Matrix opener😊
I absolutely love your tutorials. They are so helpful. I am looking forward to making the digital escape room, but I wanted to know if each time a clue is given does several pages/tabs open up on their computer? I look forward to your response.
A new tab opens with each clue. I hope this helps. Enjoy!
I created one. But my images that i created in slides are having issues being seen. Its an escape room and a few of the images work but most say restricted even when i share. Any ideas?
Are you willing to share this escape room? I also teach computer science and this would be great for my students. Great work on this escape room!
I have the same question as Angela below. My students need to ask for the access for everything and it looks like there is no way to send individual copies to each student through Google Classroom. Any suggestions?
Make sure all your permissions are set for everyone can view!
I keep looking at how to make the escape room is it a video that shows how it looks and works when it is being used/presented.
Do you have a video showing how to organize the clues in the Google Form? If you have hidden links but they don’t find them in order what happens?
Also, how do they get to the certificate at the end? How do you link that to a successful answer? Would they need a "Now click here" message after they complete the final task?
Nice job! What is the benefit of publishing different sites each time rather than adding pages to the original site? Thanks!
I tried that and I couldn’t get the internal links to work to the other page. I got an error message so this was my workaround.
Makes sense, thanks!
@@EZEdTech I was wondering the same thing. Do you mean that after they answered a question from, say, the first Google form page, they couldn't click to go to the next page?
Can this be embedded into MS Teams?

Tina Luu I love the matrix too! It’s a classic! I’m so glad you liked my video 😊

Thank you so much! I post the link to the first site on my Google Classroom and let them go from there!
Wow! Extremely detailed and thorough. Thank you for sharing.
Tiffany Baskerville my pleasure! 😊
I followed your directions, and it looks fabulous however when the student clicks on the clue, it says request access. How can I fix this?
I encountered that when I was creating slides with embedded video or images from my Google Drive. You basically have to also share all items that you include in a Google Slides. I imagine the same applies to a website.

This is fantastic! I have followed all of the instructions here! I know my class will love one of these. :)
Awesome! My students really enjoyed it.
This is so cool! I love it how you explain everything so nicely! Good job!
Paavani Mathur thank you! 😊
How would you save the sites in a specific folder on the drive?

@@EZEdTech Thanks so much! So, do I need to make 5 different escape rooms?
Very informative, I’m hipin to make on for a book reading assignment.
Awesome!
I love you video

I love this and do escape rooms on paper so now I’m going to try this
Personal Estok awesome! Enjoy! 😊
Really nice job!
Laureen Peruzar thank you so much!
I haven't tried this yet....I"m still stuck in decorating rooms! hahaha
I’m not sure if it was you or not but you went to a website with fonts to copy. It was not the extenssis fonts . I have that one.
I think you are thinking of my video about setting up google classroom. The website is boldtext.io
