Is there a way to eliminate the blue box that appears when you are reading the story? I keep thinking it looks like it shouldn't be there. Perhaps this is the only way to "insert" yourself into the story as you read it?
Great job explaining. I am assuming I can upload the recording to a RUclips or Facebook platform as well? I can't wait to try it out, because I was wondering how to execute this successfully. Thanks so much! Amazing!

Hello. Thank you for this. My Zoom account doesn't have the option for me to be on the slides, but does put me in the corner. Am I missing something or it because I have a basic account?
It is available for all account types, including free. Your computer may not meet the system requirements or you may not be using the latest version of zoom. Make sure that the zoom client you downloaded is up to date.
Great presentation and I am ALMOST done, but on the advanced screen for zoom, I don't see an option like yours to choose slides as virtual background...what am I missing. Thanks!
I never knew you could do this with Zoom, very neat! Another way is to use Loom.com. Which displays a little bubble of your face on a book or document of your choice.
In my case, I had to record locally in order for me to appear within the book. If I tried to record to the cloud, it wouldn't place me in the book. Strange, but glad to know this cool trick. Thank you!
@@collettemoriarty6316 In zoom recording settings, you have the option to record to the cloud or locally/to your computer. I found that if I record to the cloud, instead of putting me in the book, it puts me off to the side which isn't as cool. But if I record "locally" it will save it to my computer the correct way with me in the book. But this takes an extra step of then uploading to your youtube account and then sending that link to students/parents.
This is so much fun! I have a problem, though. I went through all the steps and the powerpoint is loaded, etc. But when I click the arrow to advance to the next slides, nothing happens. I'm just stuck on the first slide the whole time. Any idea why this is or how to fix it???
So simple to understand many thanks !! Only issue I have is when I go to advanced it does not let me share PowerPoint as a virtual background ... frustrating, I toggled around with settings for Zoom virtual backgrounds but no luck. Anyway thanks once again
