@@FloatingYogaSchool Thank you! That is so strange. I can see them on my laptop but not my AppleTV RUclips app, though it clearly states it's showing 20 of 43. I've made my own separate playlist of the missing ones so I can continue to access them from my TV. I appreciate your help!
This practice is good but i struggle I have to lay my hands on the mat. It seems like the whole pressure goes on around my wrist and I start getting difficulty in holding the pose. I am wondering if anyone has suggestion how can i balance myself on palms and not wrist
Try to place more weight into your fingertips and the base of your fingers than your wrists and make sure your fingertips are spaced apart rather than all together. Start slowly with a shorter practice and then build up. For many people, it takes some time to build up strength and get used to putting pressure on their hands. You can also drop to your forearms or do fists down if palms down doesn’t work for you.
