75th anniversary ride 2040 front view

August 16 2023 marked the 75th anniversary of the inauguration of trolley bus service by BC Electric in 1948.
With cooperation by Translink that helped the Transit Museum Society prepare the vintage buses and allow use of the overhead trolley network, free rides were given around a loop in downtown Vancouver from 9AM - 4PM.
The buses were Canadian Car & Foundry Brill trolleys.
This is a view taken onboard the 1947 Brill T44 with my GoPro.
The pauses are done due to an issue of recording for only 8 minutes. I reset the video at traffic stops.
