don't sleep on this... I bought mine for 200 bucks and made tons of t-shirts and baseball jersies with it.. paid for itself after two print jobs. I still have it till this day... had it for 7 years and still works great till this day.
The worst thing about cheaper heat presses is inconsistent heat across the entire plate/design. Sure it might get hot in the middle or in certain spots but other spots usually won't be the same temp. Spend the extra and get a good press imo. You NEVER want to run across a person that has your shirt on that is cracked, peeling or dull from migration.
@@ManuelHernandez-br6dyhow much do you wanna spend? I have a cheapy from Amazon called fancierstudio and an commervial insta 16x20 that I use at work. I thought the insta would outperform the fancierstudio but I start to see a difference after a lot of shirts. Then I just turn the fancier studio off for a few minutes and I am back in business. It has been a year and it is still cranking. BUT! I hate that it is not a swing away or pull out drawer. Anyway, there are some high end presses, mid and low end presses. I hear great things about the HPN sig series 16x20. I am scared of touch screens and extra bells n whistles. High end: geoknight, hix, insta, stahls Mid: Ricoma, Heat press nation, transpro, Wala Low: power press, fancierstudio, vevor, and another 5000 on Amazon.
Shalom lilbro, I loved this video! I bought a heating press about 3 or 4 years ago and never used it. Thanks for the encouragement to get to work!! Keep inspiring in Jesus name!!!
I purchased a similar smaller heat press a few months ago. I'm enjoying the mug press attachment that came with mine. However, thank you for the great advice and I will keep what your shared in mind. I JUST subscribed! Great job!
I bought one of these from Amazon and my test prints were way washed out. I watched a few videos, found a guy who said calibrate the heat with an IR thermometer. So I did. And guess what? This "cheap" press was running 40 degrees too hot. Once I did some simple math deducting that 40 from the suggested temp everything was fine. So to all you people out there with the "cheap" 5, 8 or 10 in one no name presses that look like the Vevor, calibrate your heat! Once that's done it like this guy says - easy money!
Just getting started in my business. What press do you recommend? Would love to see the hat attachment in action. Thanks for the video, you are the man 😁👍
Love ur videos soo much great info But I wasn't sure what u meant about the screen printing transfer We're u talking about DTF transfer or are there Also screen printing transfers u screen print on paper then put the power and press on a shirt or whatever items? If u have time to reply TY If not Definitely understand..
This was a very informative video thanks a bunch for the info. At the moment this is what I can afford for now but I'm definitely gonna upgrade & get something better n bigger for my personal t-shirts & hoodies
Just subscribed. Need to know more on how to transfer. What are the best options, and what should I buy? As of today I have a brother color laser printer
Great video. I'm completing college education this year and I want to establish myself in the shirt customization area. Been looking for presses online but the exchange rate and shipping scares me. Hopefully, I can make headway and get one right here in Ghana.
Hey mylo so what heat pressing do you recommend to invest in instead of the cheap heat press I want to get started just don’t know what heat press to go with ?
Hey Mylo, what is the best machine to start with and will definitely the print will last longer on the garment? Just thinking of starting small printing jobs. Thanks
dude i accidentally scratched the shit outta the sheet that it comes with before ever getting to use it will it mess up my worek what should i do take it off???
I was litterally gonna buy the same heat press with the attachments on Amazon glad I came across this video. What heat press should I buy?? I want to start at shirt business with my dad
Hey Mylo, Thank you for such a nice video, I am not able to understand how I can myself prepare logo to be heat pressed on tshirt. what that gray long machine you used to print your logo. I hope I can get helped from your side. waiting for your kind reply.
That’s called a. Vinyl cutter. But I would recommend to Try DTF transfers better … Check out our new video. I show you how to use them and wear to get them.
¡Bendiciones! My husband and are gathering info to start a business. What is the name of the hotpress machine you mentioned that you recommended the most.
HI Mylo! Your videos inspired me to start screen printing. I set up the cheap VEVOR screen printing with some great initial results. I have a question about "off contact" printing. Do you use it for T-Shirts? I set up my screen so that it lays completely flat against the board, but then I read that the screen should be 1/16" off the board sometimes. Do you ever do 1/16" off contact prints?
yes the off contact is essential when it comes to printing. to make everything easier try to use a quarter. you need a quarter space form your platen to your screen
When you complain about the performance of the machine, ask yourself how much money you spent to buy it? Instead of complaining about where the machine is made. You will get the same product with the same money! This is well known to everyone. Please stop double standards and potential racial discrimination!

Is it a great video. But do not blame the made in China when you spend a little money. Common sense plz! Do not compare 20k car to a 200k car.
