Bomboclaat, this sounds hard. I hear several songs that refer to old styles but don't have the dirt and audaciousness of the OG jungle days. This actually feels underground.
How are you finding the workflow of the Amigo in Renoise? I’ve been having some issues dragging samples in. I’m assuming you prepped the samples (breaks specifically) to be in time before chucking it into the sampler?
heya! i REALLY love the sound of the VST, so I'll have to put up with the workflow lol... I can't drag samples in either, but methinks that's a renoise UI limitation? (i can't recall ever getting that to work with any other VST that supported it) i've been working on a track with amigo in ableton and... i'm pretty jealous of this drag and drop feature lol. and yes, i resampled the breaks prior to throwing them in there :) thanks for checking out the vid mate!
