I got a 2020 Toyota camera Xse and I love my car and I had a challenger a bmw a infinity and I love them all besides the challenger it rode like a tank but the bmw was the best but I will say I love my Camry it’s silver with red interior all glass roof with black top and emblems and wheels I love my car . It’s not as fast but it’s nice . 😂

I was hesitant with the chrome to black, but it looks GREAT! I have a Camry Hybrid, Jasper Pearl Green.. beautiful color, but I can’t think of too much to modify on it with that color. Highlight of this video was your interaction with the Amazon driver. That was awesome.

My Lyft was a Camry once and I fell in love with the car. Camry has everything - comfort, reliability, looks great, it's fast. I feel happy just being in the car and I feel like I can sit in that car all day! It's worth it!

Wonderful video more people drive camrys then hellcats so this could be a way to motivate someone to make their Camry unique. You don't need a V8 or super car to make cosmetic mods.

Commuting in the south in a Camry hybrid LE. Real world with AC is over 50 mpg and so quiet on the highway. So happy with it
I also got a 2016 Hellcat & my daily is a 2015 Toyota corolla LE Eco. I bought a friend a 2015 Toyota camery as a gift for helping me when I got 6 herniated disc's. The Toyota's are reliable and great vehicles. Love the accents your doing.

I have a 1999 camry that I've worked on for years and the owner finally decided to get a van because of family reasons. I put 100 miles on this car a day for the last year. I definitely get a few hundred on the tank still. After a nice tune up every once in a while and maintenance on the suspension...I can't even tell it has 230k compared to other cars I've had in the past that were way more far gone by then. I love that if it starts to break down its one by one instead of killing whole systems. And they're super easy and fun to work on. You could make some money fixing camrys. DAAAAMN WHATS THAT YELLOW CAR!

I bought the black out package addition (rims,window trim, emblemsand more on my 21V6CAMRYXSE, 2 tone White Windchill Pearl / Black panoramic top. It was a great investment. They are painted on beautifully. On my other Camrx i tried the tape biack strips and they didnt last. Why i opted for the black pack this time.

A friend has a 2020 Camry 4 cyl. We went on a road trip last weekend and got 42 mpg. To me, specific details about the Camry's appearance are not important, what is important is its practicality, comfort, low cost of ownership, and of course, mpg.
yES i have a 2022 XSE with the 4cyl and I'm getting about 25 mpg city driving. Haven't done a strictly highway trip, but his 40 mpg has to be for mostly highway. That is not a stop and go driving mileage. Slightly misleading.
I have the same car same here same engine took a road trip to Vegas 39 miles to the gallon and it is comfortable but there is only two people in the car I’m sure if it was four people or five people person comfortable is a driver
You have to be very specific when you say you get 39 to 40 miles per gallon because that is not on the road stop and go City traffic.. u mean highway. And then you got a remember your mileage when you fill up your gas tank is based on how you drive your car so 410 is Not for everyone and you know that based on how you drive your hellcat the mpg is way way lower

I have a PAID FOR 2000 Camry 2.2 4 cyl with 245k miles. I get about 560 miles to a tank and get 30 city/hwy and 34 to 36 hwy at 2800 RPM which is about 73 MPH! And guess what - it's a 5 speed that few youngster can drive :)
I have a 2000 camry, saving for a newer one and i do not feel ashamed of it as long as it takes me where i need to im happy.
One great thing about a Toyota, you will easily get 160,000 plus miles out of the engine.
@wmonger bro 160,000 miles on a Cramry is breaking it in. This would still resale at $15k plus.
My parents have a 2010 camry with over 300,000 miles and no issues. Still runs fine.
I dont get the whole blackout craze generally, but with the Camry SE, I definitely like the chrome accents better, especially with the wheels.
I get at least 600 miles per tank with my LE. So totally worth it to get the 4 cylinder. I like the crome. Black looks ok, though.

I have a 2020 SE with the factory black out emblems. I need to black out the rest. We have 29k miles so far and no problems. I like everything about the car except for the factory audio so we are adding a hidden subwoofer and replacing all the speakers with an amp. Road noise sucks, but it is an SE so it has the sport tuned suspension. I agree with your advice I waited too long before taking a risk and it is paying off for me.
I think im gonna do the same to my 2020 with almost 60k and no issues.
That’s the only thing I don’t like about the car, no subwoofer speaker in the rear
@@moreno_163 Toyota is stubborn in the audio dept. They got the JBL system in some of the higher trim, but it should have been standard. I need to get it done soon the stereo sucks bad!
@@JasPlun I have the XSE one (2019). The JBL stock speakers it comes with don’t sound bad, but is missing the rear subwoofer one unfortunately 😩. It just has the 6x9 speaker slot
My son has a skyline here in California can’t be registered here 😮 but he has it registered in Az at a family member’s house n drives it here all over with no problem 👍😎

I've owned a 2022 Camry with that engine. Drive it right, and you'll get over 500 miles on a tank, easily. On trips, you can get close to 600. And take that Hellcat to the track to open it up. Public roads are not a playground. Kill someone, and you get to live with that for the rest of your life...

Black out looks good on many cars.. I ordered my 18 Panamera with it.. Makes a huge difference!
I was going to ask why you didn’t just get a Nightshade SE, but inventory was funky for getting a 22’ Camry. Nice video and great motivation.
We love our Camry, but I just bought a Altima and I'm very impressed nice cars.
Averaged over 19 mpg going to the corvette museum and back home in my redeye charger. 2 hours each way, 75-80 mph, amazing for 800 hp.
OC, first let me say that I’m no fair weather subscriber. I’m here for Mopar, Lambo, Camry, or just run of the mill chit-chat. But this was a good one and the Camry looks LEGIT! But even more so than the Camry, I appreciate the time you took (and shared) with the young guy in this video.
Reminds me of myself. You are spot on about commission work and pay. It was terrifying when I first started out, now, I’ll never go back to hourly/set salary pay. Commission isn’t for everyone but it definitely keeps me motivated.

Camry looks great! Now to just get new rims. Don't powdercoat them. Did that to an Audi and they just chip away quickly from road wear.

I thought it looked more classy and upscale with the chrome. I wouldn't waste any time or money on these mods. You did a good job though
I've been deleting all the Chrome on my car since 2015 with Plasti Dip, one can is five bucks with a roll of tape and some newspaper you can delete all the Chrome in the whole car really easy plus Plasti Dip peels off no problem. Did the emblems on my Dodge and looks great after 5 years.
I wanna black out mine too. I've already added an AEM cold air intake and a magnaflow street series cat back exhaust system to my own 2020 Camry SE.
The difference was noticed the very first time I turned it on. Altogether those two aftermarket parts were about $1,200 but what a difference I recommend doing it. I took this car from 203hp to estimated at 235ish HP. It's a Camry so I'll probably never go to a dyno to verify unless I do some major mods 😅

Nice job! Blacked out the trim and factory rims on my '14 Camry. Did badges (logos) in blue. Added blue iridescent trim on my door handles and the Toyota emblems on the rims.

My Camry is no Ferrari m, but after a few mods, it's pushing almkst 5 seconds 0-60. Surprises a lot of people. And it's not 6 cylinder. it's a 4 cylinder. It's quicker than it looks. Beats the new TRD Camrys.

Dude, love this video. Just bought a 22 SE AWD even though I'm not getting close to 40 on the highway--more like mid to high 30s I love this car. Not going to catch any Hellcats of course, but at my age hot rodding days are over. This is like a super reliable everyday sports car. BTW, where the hell do you live where gas is over $6 a gallon?? The highest has gotten here in Vermont through all this craziness is just under $5 a gallon. Thanks for sharing your content!

I got a ice edge camry I have tint at 35% and black hood wrap to go with the black roof and got to get the emblem black soon. This black look good with them rims
I also have my first new car I bought 2015 Camry facelift. It has 145k it been amazing daily the only thing I have change so far is brakes, tires, spark plugs, and struts. Transmission oil I did when it hit 112k miles get the difference after I pick it up from the shop. So far the only upgrade I did was the sound system I’m about to upgrade my stereo fro kenwood I want the car apple play feature and better sound quality. Other than that is perfect for the daily life

Some guys just have to be ....( insert choice word here ) when they think their car or whatever is the greatest. Some guys can get excited for others over something that seems trivial at best. Some guys just have class while others just have to be ( reinsert choice word ) . I have been fortunate enough to have experienced such great class. Now knowing how how that feels I myself want to be that guy who never looks down on someone's build with class. Stay motivated 💪 💯!
That's great, but the black emblems look better on other body colors, to see it. But it sure beats chrome, like my 1984 Buick Grand National.

ok you convinced me. I have a dark gray 2021 xse with black rims. Blacked out with covers on the mirrors and door handles. Now I want to do the window trim, and logo/letters in black.
Just picked up a 2024 camry hybrid and i love it. I drive ALOT avg around 200 miles a day. And im getting 42+ mpg. Now i just gotta make a list of upgrades needed. First up is the stereo upgrades lol stock isn't horrible but man it's just a whole different driving experience when you get a full system in a car. Anyway, cool video man 👍

They also have Overlays for those Rims to Black out the Rims. You will save money over power coating them.
Next is the tail pipes... there are Black Tips so no one can see the silver. Be careful about anything Smoked covers as they reduce light and you may get ticketed. Your turn signal is meant to be seen.

Those gas prices are fuckin insane. I live in Colorado, and the cheapest gas station I like to pump at is about $2.30 for regular. I have a 2012 Camry SE V6, fills up with no more than $35.
Should order fog lights too. Did that to my 2020 Camry and love it. I think only 100$ on Amazon

I tried a vinyl kit like that before for the trim and it did not last very long. There is a stainless steel trim kit that you can buy which will cover all of that trim and it's held on with 3m double stick tape and honestly it looks a lot better than the vinyl.
