The narcissist's hoover does provide a bit of validation. That's probably why the majority of us sit there and wait for the hoover to occur. Some of us crave that hoover, not to get the narc back, but to give them a taste of their cruelty. To set the record straight and to get our revenge. I have noticed that while you feel that way God won't allow the hoover. You need to be healed and ready, so that the narc sees your indifference, not from a point of bitterness, but from the fact that the narc is no longer relevant. Stay strong. Seek God.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful perspective! It’s true that the hoovering can play with our emotions and create a desire for validation. Focusing on healing and finding strength within ourselves is so important. Your insights about seeking peace and understanding are really valuable-wishing you continued strength on your journey!

Absolutely, going No Contact becomes a complex and challenging situation when children are involved. It's crucial to find a balance between protecting your own mental health and maintaining necessary communication for the sake of the kids. Implementing the Gray Rock Method, where you become as uninteresting and unresponsive as possible to the narcissist's attempts to provoke you, can be particularly effective. This method helps in minimizing conflict during necessary interactions. Additionally, setting firm boundaries and possibly involving a mediator or legal counsel to manage communication can be helpful strategies. Remember, prioritizing your well-being is not just for your own benefit, but also for your children's, as it allows you to be the best parent you can be. You're navigating a tough path, but know that you're not alone. Many have walked this journey and found ways to thrive despite the difficulties. Stay strong and keep advocating for yourself and your kids. Your resilience is admirable.

Time is our friend- oh! To see remorse from the enemy - so much carnage with a straight face- God have mercy on me and my family the shattered children- and the finger pointed at me- like I controlled the world- madness

I'm truly sorry to hear about the pain and challenges you and your family are facing. It's heartbreaking when those we care about are hurt, and the situation feels out of control. Time can indeed be a healer, allowing us to gain perspective and, hopefully, find some form of peace or resolution. Remember, it's not your fault, and you're doing the best you can in an incredibly tough situation. May you find strength, healing, and support in this journey. You're not alone, and I hope with time, things improve for you and your family. Sending thoughts of comfort and courage your way.

    Ok you asked for it:
    I didn't have a relationship, I was abused
I don't care about the internal processes of the narcissist
I can only control my own behaviour, not anyone else's
I want to be compensated financially for the abuse.
    Thanks for the video 🙏🕉️

Thank you so much for sharing your perspective and experience. It's incredibly important to acknowledge the distinction between a relationship and abuse, as you've rightly pointed out. Focusing on what we can control, such as our own actions and responses, is a crucial step towards healing and empowerment. The desire for compensation is completely understandable, considering the impact of the abuse. It's a valid form of seeking justice and acknowledgment of the harm done. Your insights add a valuable dimension to the discussion around dealing with narcissistic abuse. Thank you for watching the video and for your candid feedback. Wishing you strength and healing on your journey.

Thanks for your comment! It's a fair point you're making, and it really highlights the importance of shifting our focus from seeking validation from a narcissist to prioritizing our own well-being and self-worth. The journey away from such a toxic dynamic often begins with asking ourselves why we seek their revaluation in the first place. Your perspective serves as a powerful reminder that our value doesn't come from how others see us, especially not from those incapable of genuine empathy or connection. I appreciate you bringing this up-it adds an important dimension to the conversation. Looking forward to your thoughts if you decide to watch the video!

Indeed, you're highlighting a very real aspect. Narcissists often revalue individuals based on what they can gain from them, and unfortunately, financial resources or wealth can be a significant factor. Thank you for adding to the discussion!
