I have all 4 varieties of Masienda Masa Harina. They are all good. The red and blue taste similar to each other, to my family and myself. The white is a flavor that you would expect in a traditional Mexican restaurant, and the yellow has a more "corny" taste. The biggest problem with the Masienda brand is I'm now expected to make fresh tortillas at least once a week.
