@@allegra_291 on their twitter they made a post about being followed and put under surveillance by the fsb aswell, though that was in late 2018. i think its less of a cultural thing but more of an oppressive government that doesnt want to look bad or let "uneducated" people badmouth them. Mind you - "uneducated" being the goto term for authoritarian govs when facing critique or alike. its a shame but atleast theyre still allowed to tour.
