Reading from a rehearsed script will help you get your speed up and improve the pacing of your videos. My father recently bought 15 acre of agriculture land in india and i want to know what is the price of one acre in your country? In my city one acre land cost around 300000 india rupees which changed 60000 Canadian dollars. I want to know did land measurements are same countrywise or it's changes?

    • @GokceCapital
      @GokceCapital  2 года назад

      Hello Jass, there is no set price per acre in the United States. You would have to look at sales comps for a particular county or zip code in order to determine the price in that region. You can always use a site like landwatch.com to look up sales comps.

  • @Daniel_B_23

    Do you think in the country about 1.5 acres with septic tank and water already ran and also a barn on site with water electricity ran to it with storm cellar would also be enough to build a home. It’s in the country and land in the family. I don’t think there is zoning issues with septic. There is currently mobile home there but will he moved in future. Is that enough to build a 2,000 sq foot home and still have space and raise some chickens also

    • @GokceCapital
      @GokceCapital  3 года назад +3

      Hello Daniel, it really depends on the county zoning rules and regulations; however, the fact that there is already a well and septic on site is a really good sign!

    • @peggyharris7419
      @peggyharris7419 Год назад +2

      My daughter has 2 1/2 acres. 1/4 of that is a pond. Then she has a big ranch house w/garage, a big Pole barn and a good size garden. She has a well and septic. So lots of yard to still mow and to play in. She has chickens and is getting goats next Spring. 1 1/2 acre is more than enough to build a house. You just have to make sure it’s far enough away from the septic.

      If you haven't done so already, I would first check with the county to see what is allowed. It may not be possible to have multiple (or any) campsites on 1 acre. Once you know what is allowed per county building and zoning regulations, you can then run a project pro forma to see what the most profitable option is.

    • @GokceCapital
      @GokceCapital  3 года назад +1

      That really depends on local zoning regulations as well as how much land each landowner will want as part of their property. The average amount of land a new home requires in new subdivisions is ~.2 acres, so that would theoretically be 25 homes on 5 acres. However, this would again need to be in compliance with all local zoning and subdivision regulations. You can also find more information on our blog post here: gokcecapital.com/how-big-is-an-acre/

There are natural wells and man-made wells...only a man-made well would be impacted by zoning... obviously natural wells are found where they are found and if one is not within your property boundaries - oh well.

How can you say that the only reason to buy an acre is just to have a septic tank and extra land but not suitable for ranch animals. Sorry but thats a big misconception.
