I literally spit my tea out. I was not ready to hear Dad say:
"Not any more, shoot on sight."

Haha, well it's important to set boundaries 😂
I can't see any Harvest Moon-like farming games in 3D nowadays without being reminded of those god-awful Facebook games from back in the day... Or the god-awful 3D Harvest Moon games xD
Never played them... luckily by the sound of it! 😄
@@boringdadgaming in my humble gaming opinion, Harvest Moon peaked with Friends of Mineral Town back on GBA. Everything they've done afterwards has either tried to reinvent the wheel and failed, or tried to capture the essence of the original games and failed. Stardew Valley remains the best Harvest Moon game ever made, even if it wasn't by the makers of HM xD
Sorry but the PSX and PS2 games are nice
Between vanilla stardew and stardew expanded, I spent more hours than any other game in my life. I have no doubt I'm going to spend so many more on this one, so thank you BoringDad for introducing me to my new obsession! 😃😃😃
Also, this is mostly unrelated but there's something about the art - the way the characters are drawn when you talk to them - that instantly made me think of the game Battle Chef Brigade??? It's the most random spark of neurons for my brain to put these games together from that but oh well I had to share it anyways 🤷♂️
Thanks for putting on your channel! 😁
Haha, you're very welcome, hope you enjoy it! 😄
I had a bad day and watching this improved my mood. I love the character voices! I think I'm going to have to pick the game up.
Glad you enjoyed it! 😄
Thank you for this new play through:) Did get it in early alpha but my eldest girl plays it rather than me so I appreciate a catch-up from your good self. I'm still rather enjoying Dave the Diver (for the umpteenth time) so when I can extricate myself from my adventures in the blue lagoon, I'll start Coral Island!
Two great games! 😄
This series looks so colorful and fun to play/watch you play ❤❤❤ Can’t wait to get into this series
Hope you enjoy the series! 😄
Haven't played since 1.0 dropped, but if I recall correctly, you can work around the tool upgrades - bombs will take out the bigger rocks and stumps once you unlock them.
Ah, hadn't thought of that!
Thanks for playing this. I saw your video, decided I might want to play the game. Then went to steam and found that it is not finished even though they full released it. So then I redownloaded and started Stardew valley again.
That is true, I would say though there's a lot of content in this from what I've seen so far!
Stoked that you're playing this again now that it's been released. 😊
Awesome, hope you enjoy! 😄
Sike! I've never heard it pronounced that way 😂 I guess it's not British slang. It's pronounced "psych!" And means "just kidding" 😊
Oh, never seen it spelled like that, we spell it psych over here!
@@boringdadgamingprobably more etymologically correct that way. I think sike came about in the 90s when we liked to mess with the spelling of things like "nite" "lite" "donut"
awww you didnt choose a house style...
I've since discovered this is a thing and when money and resources allow will be changing it! 😄
