I live in downtown Los Angeles and I bet that there are significantly more feral humans in my close proximity than there is in all of Appalachia.
Years ago, I stayed in a rental apartment in DTLA which was the 2nd floor of the building. I remember laying in bed around 2am and listening to all the junkies fighting on the street just below my window...very unpleasant.😮

I think that there will be desperate ppl going off the grid and moving out deep into the Appalachian Mountains in the next few years because of hyperinflation, ect in America. And I believe that the feral ppl will see them as competition for resources and that the encounters will be increasingly more frequent and more frightening...

Steve feral women make wonderful wives and mothers and are often frowned upon because of their hunting abilities and the use of grunts and groans as communication methods. They do not waste time getting their nails done or spend all day on the phone, they dont worry about make up shaving their legs or flossing 3 times daily. once you get past the hair and smell you may find the love of your life/just not mine..

People need medical care and vaccines and nobody escapes uncle Sam! So I don't think there are unaccounted for feral people out there.

There are people who live in cities who are doing homebirths who have children who nobody knows about. So I think it’s very possible.
Ferals aren't people. They have evolved away from human over many, many generations, possibly several centuries of inbreeding. They no longer recognize other real humans as being anything but food, another resource for food just like a raccoon, deer, or any animal. They live in the wild, they do not know what vaccines are or even what a Doctor is... aside from food of course. They don't know what phones are or cars or electricity even! They are not people.
I doubt that. There's still places government has never reached...government dies indeed know there's something else out there...that's why there's restricted placed in national parks with people disappear. They probably did a lot of exterminations. You can bet they know about these wild people
