Its crazy how much their parents are exactly how I imagined they’d be: the type of people who speak solely in micro aggressions and backhanded compliments all wrapped up in an awkward smile lmao 😂
I love how when the mum said Maddie's over 35 she's at high risk, Maddie looked like she was about to get up and throw hands 😂 while Chimney's behind her trying to push her down like girrrrl you better calm down 😂😂😂🤣🤣 Ghee the parents are something else 🤦🏽♀️
What I wouldn't give for a deleted scene where Chimney and Albert escape into the kitchen and have a frantic conversation for a moment. Albert being like "Dude, what the FUCK? Can you warn me about this kind of thing next time?!"
So...they had time to get therapy for themselves regarding the actions of their psychotic ex son-in-law, but they couldn't be bothered to comfort and be there for their daughter, who was kidnapped and nearly murdered by said son-in-law. Yeah. Parents of the year right here. Everything about these two is infuriating, and I love how Maddie and Buck embody the two types of children this kind of crappy parenting creates: defeated and submissive and angry and on the offensive/defensive. Probably never even occurred to them that their dynamic with Maddie is what pushed her into Doug's arms in the first place. I mean it didn't even occur to them that they were the reason why Buck was in therapy.
Anyone else notice when the mom mentioned her age Maddie looked like she was about to throw hands at her mom and then Chimney put his hands on her shoulders to hold her down I love those little hints how Chimney and Maddie’s relationship works you can tell Chimney and Maddie really love each other it’s the little things I love about this couple and can you believe the parents? They are piece of work!
lol seriously, there was a total unspoken conversation going on between them at that moment. Maddie: I'm going to END this bitch. Chimney: Honey, not now.
It’s interesting how we believe even more now that Bobby and Athena are their parents more then there actual parents. These people can be considered strangers off the street
1:03 Most of the time I think Maddie is a good sister, but WTF was she thinking telling their parents that Buck is seeing a therapist? With the type of relationship Buck has with the parents, it doesn't take a genius to know not to tell them something this personal without Buck's permission. She betrayed his confidence and that's shitty.
I'm gonna give her benefit of the doubt and chalk that up to pregnancy brain, because I can guarantee she is regretting every decision that lead to this moment.
I'm picturing the Buckleys' therapist: So, let's cut your daughter's abusive ex for a moment, how about your son Evan? Buckley: oh he's fine Therapist: Didn't a fire truck fall on your leg in a terrorist bombing? Don't you want to talk about it? Buckley: no, Evan is fine. Therapist to his partner: I'm telling you, they're not okay. When do you have an appointment for me?
Everyone talking about maddie's reaction to the high risk, and no one from like chimney goes for water, brings the jug of water and takes the glass again
Its crazy how much their parents are exactly how I imagined they’d be: the type of people who speak solely in micro aggressions and backhanded compliments all wrapped up in an awkward smile lmao 😂
“Now Evan, Maddie tells us you’ve been seeing a therapist?”
“She did?”
“I’m gonna get some water”
Fantastic line from Chim 😂

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Like a tornado wrapped in a fluffy cloud.
how much they was rude in this time i really hate this stuff they are bullying on her cuz of age !!!!!
give Chimney a medal for sitting through that as long as he did.

Right!

That's what would happened if you got narcisistic parents. In their scenario, they are either the victims or the heroes, but never the bad guys.

Maddie: I'm going to END this bitch.
Chimney: Honey, not now.
Yes😂😂
Maddie and Buck turned out well considering....
Now I understand why Maddie said "they are not bad people just bad parents"
Wow just wow
Ooh maddie was pissed there at the end
She’s in pain that’s why
To buck
Bobby: father
Athena: mother
Heddy: aunt
Chimney: best friend for life
Eddie: brother
Who is heddy? I legit forgot lmao
@@itsmarcia7519 I think Hen?
Eddie= lovers
Maddie: Second mother
Buck & Eddie = # Buddie
It’s interesting how we believe even more now that Bobby and Athena are their parents more then there actual parents. These people can be considered strangers off the street
Albert’s reactions are so awesome ‼️😆👏🏼
Lmao Albert and I have the same reactions

What the first guy said, or she just let it slip by accident.
She seemed pretty angry with herself after they said that
damn its like they resent buck for something
The mother is salty🤣🤣
It’s cause she was bad people to Maddie and Buck they had bad parents
I’m sorry but an underrated statement by buck is “I didn’t want u to find out on dateline” LMFAOOO 💀
“ didn’t want you to find out on dateline” 😂
I love how the second Maddie got tense, Chim massaged her shoulders 😂
Their parents make me so angry. All they cared about was themselves
I clicked on this notification and didn't realized I haven't seen this episode 🤣.. I exited sooo quick 😁.
Maddie had no right to tell them about the therapist.
Lol Maddie was ready to throw hands.
Their son is seeing therapist, and their concerns is not "if he's okay". But " should they be worried".
Wow. A cross country RV drive ?! Flying is just a few hours ! They are downright paranoid...
0:44 Albert is awestruck by the astonishing level of passive-aggressiveness the Buckley's brought.
@00:45 😂💀 I agree with Albert😂😂

my god i hate the buckley parents they didnt deserve the redemption ugh
Omg those parents are snobs
I don't like the parents
Me either this makes me stressed and my anxiety is so high
We don't either lol
I saw a fanfic on AO3 that used a tag like, "Satan and his wife a.k.a. the Buckley parents". I have a hard time disagreeing.
Everyone talking about maddie's reaction to the high risk, and no one from like chimney goes for water, brings the jug of water and takes the glass again
with Maddie new problems would her parents come to cause trouble
🤨 Anyone else feel like they should've considered family therapy instead of focusing on the whole "Doug debacle"?
Just me?
Don't like the mother!
