It would've been so good if, like, we think spencer is dead, but it's actually like an allison type situation where she's buried alive and she's been in hiding for years with the help of mary which is why mary tells the police about Alex to help spencer and the girls and when in hiding , spencer is keeping an eye on Alex so she doesn't hurt the girls at all exactly how alison was with the whole house fire with the girls and shanna etc like she's keeping track of Alex to make sure the girls are okay and when alex is chasing the girls through the forest with a gun and yk killed wren and is about to kill the girls , spencer comes out and knocks her unconscious and we see how long and how traumatized and exhausted she is
people who make 30+ minutes videos are god warriors. I live alone and honestly, sometimes I put long videos on the background (like this one btw 🥺) just to hear another voice. Thank you for your content, PLL stuff in 2024 makes my heart really happy 💗

I love this rewrite!! Another way that I came up with that would still keep Spencer alive is when her and Alex argue back in the dollhouse and Alex "kills" her it wouldn't actually be effective and she actually knocked spencer unconscious causing Alex to presume she killed Spencer. Then when the liars and Alex escape, Spencer would wake up and stumble out of the dollhouse then go into hiding to do more research on Alex leading to her finding out who Alex really is. This way we can keep Spencer alive but also see how she navigates life while being in hiding.
My reaction to this entire video is that Olivia Wilde's nodding clip. Like, yep this is finale we deserved! And honestly, I like the idea of them killing off Spencer. She's my ult favourite character and yes, it's dark af, but imagine how GAGGED the whole fandom would've been. It could've been the most shocking revelation of ANY teen drama and just as bold as Ned Stark's being decapitated.
I always thought that A should have been Aria. But It would have been cool if Spencer’s twin was in Radley and heard the story of the girls from Mona (instead of Cece). Spencer didn’t know she had a twin but her parents and Melissa knew. It would have been cool if she was A since season 3 and throughout all of the seasons, some of the scenes we had of Spencer were actually Alex. When Ezra was doing his research, he found out about Alex. He doesn’t know she’s A though. I don’t know, that’s something I have thought of.
I actually love this! That ending scene you proposed about the camera spanning throught the empty Hastings house gave me actual CHILLS. I personally would have been so upsset if Spencer was dead the whole time so I do the the kidnapped version better but the version of the ending if Spencer did die is also so cool so I can't choose 😄 Also, a

I love your idea, and I think the version where the liar who's been replaced dies could go well with Emily's character, I've heard people saying they wouldn't mind it if Emily died at some point, but also I don't know if Shay could pull off a british twin as good as Trojan did

i love this idea so much. if i could have rewritten anything it would’ve been changing season 4b and alison staying alive but staying away from rosewood. i think it would’ve been better if ravenswood would’ve been the story of alison after she went missing instead of the story with supernatural aspects and the power of five. she went back to grunwald after she met up with mona that night, instead of driving far away. we’d get to know what she was doing, hidden away in ravenswood, watching the girls be tormented by mona and then cece but not being able to do much at the risk of her own safety. the mid season mark of ravenswood would’ve actually taken place around grave new world, where ali still comes back the girls to let them know she’s alive, but she never fully returns to rosewood. she just comes back like she did before, in her red coat to save the girls when they were in trouble. that’s how the girls ultimately get saved from the dollhouse in this case also, by alison always keeping an eye on them and trying to keep up with A to protect them, grunwald is able to locate the dollhouse and her and alison get the girls out before anyone can see alison is indeed alive
It's so fun because the other day I watched an old interview of troian during the last season of pll before the big reveal and of course she couldn't spoil the surpris and also had a completely different attitude towards the finale, but of course I get that and how she couldn't say that she didn't agree with the finale lmao. She gave me the same vibes of Emilia Clarke when they ask her if she's satisfied with the last season of game of thrones and she goes "mhh..yeah..."

I haven't watched the video yet, don''t have time for now, but I actually liked Alex as a villain. If only she had been introduced a little bit earlier - at least before the whole time jump thing, he story would have made more sense. She could have pretended to be Spencer as well, it's very on brand anyway. But we have what we have.

the MOST important thing about an A reveal has always been the BETRAYAL FACTOR and I wish Alex Drake could’ve been revealed as A sooner to the audience, but not the characters, to change up the algorithm. like we see two spencers and realize wait… what?? like WAY sooner, possibly even the end of 6A or B, so we sit on that until the next part came out like WHY TWO??? then we find out slowly as the characters do the details, already knowing there’s a twin they don’t know about. that would’ve been my pick.
