For me I read the word in the morning, get a little message in, thru the day I watch videos like this and avoid the negative ones that sht on people (like this) and worship/pray at night for two hours and I’ve been connecting with the Lord faithfully for a few weeks. Ok cool so I’m sure I prob won’t be able to keep my cycle, maybe even fall into more sin, which everyone does. So what that classified me as lukewarm? 😂 y’all funny if that’s bad then everyone watching this is lukewarm or has been lukewarm cuz I know y’all ain’t doing it perfectly, or think your on fire w the holt spirit just because you cast all your insecurities and lowkey hate onto other Christian’s and try n discourage them. One thing we Christian’s need to do now is know when to back off and let God fight the battles. At the end of the day it ain’t YOUR relationship with Christ Jesus, it’s MINE, and mine to walk with and bare. Y’all Christian’s hate on others so much, and even go as far to say if you fall into sin or become ‘lukewarm’ whatever that means, that you’ll be condemned to hell, nah if your saved your saved, and only God knows and can judge your heart, but that is the truth in putting my faith on it lmao. Y’all need to encourage n not break down in seeing a lot of not Christ like ‘Christian’s’ nowadays, so boom you can call THAT being lukewarm. It’s like we at each others necks and getting on one another’s heads abt doing this n that rather than focusing on your own relationship. I suggest turn to Jesus and re surrender your life to him. Then ask him to guide you and help you. If you feel nothing from that, God probably wants you to do it on your own - which seems fair, he’s testing you. It’s a great idea to make it a habit to read at least 1 Bible chapter daily - and you’ll grow from there with praying and developing theology etc ❤

But when I came to this realisation in the summer, I began to pray many times a day and read atleast 1 chapter a day, but I was still watching a lot of corn and commiting other sins of course. But in the Winter I really changed after praying consistently the whole of Autumm even if I didn't feel like it. And epecially after Christmas, I have been completly corn and masturbation free since and I try to stop being so lazy and help my parents and go out and I challenge myself to read the whole bibel this year by reading 4 chapters a day. But eversince this Christmas I have also been feeling super lonely and sad, I have been crying many nights and days and I feel like everybody is going out and doing stuff (not sinful persay) and I am left behind. And that the Plans of the people I know and care about are so much diffrent. I have been asking god so much about why I have this dread and these feelings and why I am so lonely, but I am not certain on how to interpret this, is it a test? How do we determine if someone is a lukewarm Christian?
As none of us are perfect, and i believe believers can still struggle with sin and failures like apostle Paul did
    Romans 7:19-21
19 For the good that I will to do, I do not do; but the evil I will not to do, that I practice. 20 Now if I do what I will not to do, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me.
21 I find then a law, that evil is present with me, the one who wills to do good.

I really need to know this because I feel so confused. How do I manage to balance faith with God and works for him? How come faith without works is dead but by grace alone I am saved (Ephesians 2:8-9)? Is stressing over that my faith is weak considered worrying?
I really need to know this because it's tormenting me day and night, if you can of course.

    • @christian_focus
      @christian_focus  2 дня назад +1

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way, but know that God sees your heart and your desire to understand Him.
Faith and works are not in opposition; they go hand in hand. We are saved by grace through faith, not by works (Ephesians 2:8-9), but genuine faith naturally produces works as evidence of our relationship with God. James 2:26 says, “Faith without works is dead,” because true faith changes us and compels us to live for Him.
If you’re stressing over your faith, it may be an invitation to trust God more fully. Worry is sin, and worrying often reflects our attempt to rely on ourselves rather than resting in His promises. Remember, your salvation doesn’t depend on your perfection but on Christ’s finished work. Keep seeking Him through prayer and His Word, and trust that His grace is sufficient. He’s not expecting you to have it all figured out-He’s inviting you to walk with Him step by step.

Im probably the last person that should be nitpicking because im completely horrible and God have mercy on me but, personally, I think your right, but i but If you'd take my two cents on this - is worry a really a sin? If I can recall I dont think anywhere in scripture it says that worry is a sin. Yea Jesus did say you shouldn't and it would most definitely make life easier for your self, but I think saying worry is a sin can be incredibly misleading sometimes. People do get worried, I would argue Jesus was worried and distressed before his death when his disciples were sleeping and he was praying, yet, obviously we dont say he sinned did we? And many others were too, and in the psalms of David you have him being depressed and worried but he still trusted in God. If you'd allow my two cents on this, I would argue one can be, afraid, and worried, but that doesn't mean they do not trust God - some, trust God for that matter precisely because they are and that they know God will deliver them from their worries.

SO TRUE!!!! They teach that "If you confess with your mouth and believe it in you heart, you will be saved" YOU HAVE MUCH MORE TO DO THAN THAT. ALSO The NIV Bible you should NOT read, because there is a COMPROMISE IN IT!
    For an example:
    Romans 8
    King James Version
8 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
    Compared to the NIV:
8 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2
So they COMPLETELY removed the "who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." out. There is a REASON for this trickery.

The word Fear in Hebrew is "Yirah" which has a deeper meaning than the English word. Yirah means "fear", "awe", "respect", "reverence", and "worship" all combined so to be scared of God like He is going to slap you with lightening or something is anti-biblical but, yes, a healthy fear of disobeying God is good. Proverbs 1:7 (and most other uses of the word fear) would use this version of fear which I think it makes it way more significant.

We are so divided, and it had only increased since after the Apostles died out in 90 - 100AD, with the banning of Paul’s teachings and the rise of the Early Church Fathers which over time became the Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, and most Protestants, all originating from a sect that Jesus hates in Revelation 2 and 3 KJV.

I think my church is a real one, my church is a GLOBAL methodist not a United there is a small but big difference, now this church all though it has a lot of people, a band, a small stage it’s not a mega church, we go to the live service the live service is a like a mini high school auditorium, we go to to the live service and it usually consists of two songs, announcements, one song where you don’t stand up unless you want, also an opportunity for people to pray for you, a five minute connect time where it’s mainly where people can talk, but also go to the bathroom, and get more snacks, the pastor then reads two verses, talks about them in context, probably tells a story he went through that relates to the scripture, sing our final song and leave, I’ve been to the other a couple of times and it’s basically just an old church that most people are familiar with with the stained glass windows, no connect time in this one, they sing hymns instead of songs but other then that it’s the same, my family goes there to learn about God, and connect with people and other believers, there is also many activists to do throughout the week

Hello. I am also 13 and, by the way I understand it, the fear of God is fearing his wrath or anger. According to Revelations, when God shows his wrath to the people who disbelieved, they suffered many things and they were in a lot of pain. Not only that, the fear of God is like a couple. The wife fears that her husband will be separated from her. Same thing with the husband, he fears that she will be separated from him. We should fear being separated from God like a lover fears separation from his/her lover. Because eternal separation from God is hell.

    • @mizopromaimai9170
      @mizopromaimai9170 4 дня назад

One thing I would like to say is, the works that we do don't make us go to heaven. It is because of the grace and mercy of God that we have salvation, if we have faith in Jesus.
      Ephesians 2:8-9
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-not by works, so that no one can boast."
      Titus 3:5-7
"He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life."
      Romans 3:23-24
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus."
But, faith without works is dead and it isn't genuine. Genuine faith also includes works.

It is by grace through faith that we are saved lest no man should boast. Not by our own works but by faith in Jesus finished work on the cross. God has no favorites he does not need YOUR GOOD WORKS. They are like dirty rags. If we sin once in our life we are guilty of all and deserve hell each and every one of us. The Gospel means good news, I’m thankful that For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God sent not the Son into the world to judge the world; but that the world should be saved through him.” WE CAN NOT SAVE OURSELVES NO MATTER WHAT WE DO!! From what I have read in The Bible and from what I have experienced walking with Christ is.....
1: I've been turned into a dumpster for demons and The Devil to dwell in since I was 7 years old. I'm 45 now to give this a little more realism.
2: God is NOT who Christians say he is.... at all.
3: God is merciful.... to a point. God IS love, but God is Holy. God WILL punish you for your sins just like God did in the Old Testament. Modern "Christians" like to water it down and say.... No, doesn't punish us for our sins, rather God "corrects" us." Nice wording, but it's the same thing. God KILLED Sephora and Ananias for lying. God hates liars.
4: We are covered for our sins by Jesus however we will still be penalized most severely when we screw up.
5: Look at King David. His life was a living Hell for YEARS when King Saul was trying to kill him over and over again. Yes David became King but God punished Davis repeatedly as well like for the census David did without God's say so or when he slept with Uriah's wife and had him killed. In either scenario whether you're walking with God or against God your life is going to be a living Hell no matter which direction you take. Look to The Israelites enslaved for over 400 years. Yes God "rescued" them but he put them in that spot in the first place. When they rebelled repeatedly God kept punishing the tar out of them. You don't really think God has changed, do you?
6: Walking with God/Jesus your life will be in peril every day of your life. To quote in my own way the KJV Jesus promised (paraphrasing) walk with me and your life will sucketh even more. He wasn't kidding.
7: The prophets, Disciples, Apostles and others who walked with God in the Old and New Testament lived a life of solitude full of persecution and usually were tortured for a while first before they were murdered. What is this nonsense about God's "blessings" and God wants you to live a good life? Have these people even READ The Bible even once through?
8: While in certain instances God blessed his faithful followers in a material way but they were so few and far in between it's highly unlikely especially with the Gospel this will ever occur. There is an old saying..... "God doesn't want you to be happy. God wants you to be strong." Nothing more true of a statement. However today we're told by many Christians that God wants us to be happy and be fulfilled in this life. That's a lie straight from the pit of Hell. Christian history even on a secular level proves what I say is true.
9: Becoming a Christian means you're going to LOSE everyone and everything. A true Christian who has read the Bible KNOWS this. God will take away everything that matters to you and have what matters to HIM implanted in you. You will be poor, living day to day, and begging God on a daily basis for your needs just like Jesus said. As Christians we are lambs led to the slaughter. We're SUPPOSED to suffer and die much in the same vein that Jesus did. Again.... look to the Apostles and in general Christian history for this verification. I can only surmise this is why most people reject Jesus in the first place.
10: God is NOT a huggy bear, and we need to stop promoting God as such. God gave us grace to be with him in the after life for those who believe in Jesus Christ. All else in THIS WORLD is going to be a living fricking nightmare for the rest of your natural existence. THAT is who God is. God will "test" you DAILY. God will allow you to be attacked physically, verbally, emotionally, and mentally on that DAILY basis. Think of it like this.... you're a lamb waiting for your slaughter in this world. You're a convict in the world's eyes just waiting for your execution. THAT'S what it is to walk with Christ Jesus. Period...

It’s not your job to tell others how challenging their lives must be in their relationship with God. It doesn’t matter if they’re incredibly challenged or in easy comfort. God offers joy and peace to all men. And there is no law against these things.
We are called to love our enemies, and our neighbors as ourselves, and to respond to others kindly, and be welcoming, more than other people who complain and bicker a lot. And here you are; condemning people you don’t know for having comfortable lives, not even idle lives. And you’re supposed to rebuke them like your brother anyway, not as your enemy. But you still want to play this game of “if you want to be a true christian, you have to do x” So I don’t understand how “real Christianity” should work when you’re literally treating people as inferior with the way you’re talking about them. Anyone who claims to love God but hate his neighbor does not love God. So I don’t think you are any more real than anyone who reads 2 Bible verses a day.
And the fact that you instantly expect people that will disagree with everything you said to be swallowed in pride tells me more than enough about your false humility.

You’re also not supposed to tell them they are “fake” all because they live comfortably or some petty reasons, when there are liars, false prophets, evil teachers everywhere in the Christian community. We are God’s children. Even if they’re going on a path that’s not correct, you are not supposed to tell them they are fake or anything in a way that tells them they aren’t God’s children. Jesus died for all so that anyone can be made right with God right NOW. So you must treat everyone, including your enemies, like they are your brothers. I don't believe at people I believe in what bible says.

Absolutely I do not believe I’m better than anyone. Pride is the burden of a foolish man. In fact, there are probably quite a few Christians in my comments who are more developed than me. The Bible calls us multiple times to judge righteously, people really do take away something from these videos as it applies to their life. If you couldn’t tell already, this is directed to lukewarm Christians.

this isn’t your job, it’s just puffing you up - Paul will teach you. And John the Baptist has already come, but every new believer thinks it’s his job again … bless you, but you’re not a prophet. There is no humility in your claims, you say many true things, and your heart has a lot of room to grow. Many young believers fall into this trap, like they have holy x-ray vision. Just think twice brother, is this helpful? Only God can make things grow; people don’t want to hear the gospel. They want to see it. I do not see or hear much Christ in this. The Spirit will convict the believer, Satan is the accuser - literally in the Hebrew language. I don’t think this is healthy or helpful. Bless you. This is a recipe for spiritual burnout.

I don't know where he took those stats from. I dislike this kind of behavior.
You should never tell a beliver that he is a false one, they maybe lost, they may struggle, but as long as they truly believe in Christ, and they try, they never been "fake"
Being a fake Christian... what does it even mean? You would have to actively act like one and not believe.

So Jesus was wrong when he judged churches in the book of Revelations? I don't get you. And the book of Romans Paul taught about how your works are evidence of the Holy Spirit in you - the fruits. You seem to prove the video's point and acting as if you are beyond reproach to actually hear and OBEY God.

    • @Dirkkkkk

@ jesus could never be wrong, but man thinking he’s on his level… well, there’s more than a few hundred pages of doctrine on that topic
I re-read what I wrote, it’s biblical and sincere. It is the holy spirit that convicts, this is not how you make disciples or plant churches - which is what our savior left us with at the Great Commission. This looks like pride, and it damages the faith. “We preach Christ crucified”, seed and water (our job), “God gives the increase”. We don’t often even get to see the seed grow, Gods business, Gods glory. You gotta grow up, this isn’t your job, in fact it shows scriptural and theological immaturity, which is normal. Either this kid has not gotten to Paul yet or it it has not gotten into his heart, maybe both. This is a finesse sport, and the Holy Spirit is the star player, and you don’t even get a name on the back of your jersey. Matthew chapter 3 is amazing, but the rest is much more important. Humility is the barrier to the influence this young man seeks. I love him regardless, he’s going to be fine God willing, because of his hunger and thirst for righteousness, but we all gotta grow. Scripture says to treat younger men as brothers, and rebuke a wise man and he will love you. I used to be very similar, and learned slower than I needed to, but I praise the Lord for spirits like his, and that they grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.

This is a very wishy-washy video. You claim not everyone believes in the true gospel and fail to give the gospel at any point in the video. It seems like you are judging people's positions based on their works which, ironically, goes against what Jesus teaches. While fearing God is absolutely the beginning of wisdom, you seem to misunderstand what it actually means. Fearing God does not mean thinking that you will die tomorrow. If your friend thinks that, that is not of the Holy Spirit but that is of the Devil. The Holy Spirit and the Gospel are meant to give you peace that surpasses understanding, they aren't meant to cause you to fear. While some of the messages in your video are good, such as reading the Bible daily, picking up your cross and denying your flesh, a lot of the messaging is poor and will likely lead babes in Christ or even unsaved people who would like to be saved astray. The gospel is found in John 3:16 and it's a massive red flag that you didn't mention it at all in the video and addressed works. Hopefully you repent of this🙏🏿 YAH bless

If you read the Bible without someone else's interpretation, you would clearly see that the Biblical Jesus worships God Almighty and commands us to do the same. Jesus does not claim to be God. Following the commands of the Biblical Jesus would actually lead you to accept and follow Islam, which actually means 'submission to the will of the One true God Almighty'. Jesus submitted to God Almighty's will and so he was, in fact a Muslim - One who submits to God's will, so were all the other prophets mentioned in the Bible. And so I invite, all who read this message to stop worshipping created things, for this is blasphemy. Instead, worship the One True Creator of the Heavens and the Earth, Allah (the arabic name for God Almighty) by submitting to His will in Islam. By doing so, you will gain eternal Paradise and save yourself from eternal Hellfire..Allah describes Himself in the Qur'an 'Say, He is Allah the One and Only. Allah the Eternal and Absolute. He begets not nor is He begotten. And there is nothing like unto Him.'

Jesus commands us to worship God? Then the disciples are in trouble. Matthew 28 9 And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. Take care

As an ex Christian myself, I can confidently say that only Islam will make you truly happy in this life because it's the clear truth from Allah. It is the only religion that doesn't ascribe partners nor weaknesses to God Almighty. And it's perfectly preserved and practiced today as it was revealed 14000 years ago to Allah's last and final Messenger to all of humanity, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). All the prophets and Messengers, including Jesus, Moses, and Abraham, were Muslims (those who submitted to God Almighty's will in Islam). I invite all who read this to read the Qur'an (Allah's last and perfectly preserved Revelation to the whole of mankind), and to accept Islam. By doing so, you will save yourself from eternal hellfire and gain eternal Paradise..

you really trust yourself to save yourself from Hell? Be honest. Throw your pride away, neither you or I can save ourselves from Hell. Our works are like dirty rags to the Lord Jesus Christ, his sacrifice on the cross paid for all of our sins and is enough. Those accept Jesus as God and believe unto him are saved and given salvation. Allah never came down to reveal himself to his children, in fact - Allah doesn't even consider his followers his children. He doesn't love you like Jesus does. Jesus came down and died for us because of his love for us.
