Another story Stephen told was when he walked into a room with 15 killers who were all bodybuilders, Stephen starts threatening all of them while he's unarmed. They're all terrified and don't say a word. His whole book is full of that

The reason Stephen can’t let James get a word in is because he needs to keep his chain of thought, when people punctuate interviews with questions it can make the story seem disjointed, although it comes across as patronising and rude, viewers should just listen.
Some guests are excellent story tellers, this is why James could just sit back and let the guest get in their flow. Frenchy is a very intense man, the same with Darren Gee, so intense that one wouldn’t wish to interrupt because their stories are so engrossing.

It’s great to hear Stephen French talk about racism and martial arts. He speaks the truth, in the dojo/dojang/mats everyone is equal, no matter skin colour, religious belief, money. For those couple of hours everyone is on equal footing and what you learn and understand there translates into society and the way you act, you can see the injustices in the system and the oppression to groups and feel empathy for everyone. I would urge everyone who reads this to go and try any martial art, Karate, Taekwon-Do, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, it doesn’t matter the martial art and silly arguments of effectiveness etc, the all teach “the way”. I guarantee you come out a better person from when you went in.

2 completely different people though aren't they. One grew up in care,and borstall and prison. The other one fought oppression and racism in his city. Then started robbing serious drug importers and telling them it was him. Ones 40 odd, the other is over 60. They have absolutely nothing in common.. apart from they have both been called informants, and sex offenders.. French explained his story on those accusation, the sex offence was thrown out,and there is no documentation to prove he ever made a statement against anyone, and or got them a jail sentence. The other fella did not. He just swerved round it.

It’s great to hear Stephen French talk about racism and martial arts. He speaks the truth, in the dojo/dojang/mats everyone is equal, no matter skin colour, religious belief, money. For those couple of hours everyone is on equal footing and what you learn and understand there translates into society and the way you act, you can see the injustices in the system and the oppression to groups and feel empathy for everyone. I would urge everyone who reads this to go and try any martial art, Karate, Taekwon-Do, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, it doesn’t matter the martial art and silly arguments of effectiveness etc, the all teach “the way”. I guarantee you come out a better person from when you went in.

He does that because hes in deep thought and doesnt want to forget the point of his stories..Remember this was a kid who grew up the majority of his childhood in care homes..Sean Atwood interviewed Mike Taragua about care homes and Mike openly spoke about how he was raped and buggered over and over on all the care homes he attended in his Youth, its a very real problem..Luckily this man avoided the Sexual abuse prob because he was 6 foot 1 at 11 yrs old and could defend himself to some degree.. this man is a Testament to self improvement and these stories hes sharing are regressed memories and things hed like to forget so answering James could kill his whole train of thought at certain points so give him a break he wasnt purposely trynna disrespect James or be rude he just didnt wanna forget what he was saying

2 completely different people though aren't they. One grew up in care,and borstall and prison. The other one fought oppression and racism in his city. Then started robbing serious drug importers and telling them it was him. Ones 40 odd, the other is over 60. They have absolutely nothing in common.. apart from they have both been called informants, and sex offenders.. French explained his story on those accusation, the sex offence was thrown out,and there is no documentation to prove he ever made a statement against anyone, and or got them a jail sentence. The other fella did not. He just swerved round it.
