You would never think any of these 'gangsters' that James has interviewed ever lived a life of crime. They just come across so likeable and polite it's hard to believe they were evil in the past. Good on them for seeing the light and turning their lives around.

@@morfe13whu16 I’m raised in E1 bro. I hear what your saying but, don’t think for one min them boys don’t have it with ton. I helped ton get in touch with the interviewer. Regardless of the title, he’s a top top guy. And if you see how nervous 80% of prisoners were around him in the other place for literally no reason other than energy it’s mad 😂

Amazing podcast James and Tony. Respect to you both. I was so fixed on Tony's life story and found it very helpful as I can relate to some of the issues and terrible emotions experienced and discussed. Thank you for your efforts and keep going Tony, you know it makes sense. James you are such a likeable fella and I appreciate you.

From a fella called jimmy holmes ex high rank member of the major OCG where Tony was from.
What about the psychopaths that pepper the story? They reek of authenticity
.They’re all real, and then some. Once you start clawing your way deep into the criminal underbelly, you hook up with monsters and sadists that you previously only met in your nightmares. Before you know it, killings and maimings are just part of your normal everyday existence. But one thing I’ve learnt along the way is that underneath all the sadism and brutality, all the lunatics I’ve ever met are nothing more than terrified little boys. Emotionally they’re all still in short trousers. They make up for their inadequacies by inflicting their pain on others.
