That is so right when you on the bottom people want to help you but when u alright again they get jealous
Some will help you till you get to the some level or better then try to knock u down again so what's the point.

Can’t expect loyalty of people u help because ur helping them they can’t help u I been though all that my self because thing stick to ya family because when it goes all left u have 1or 2 real people who’s there but ur family the main focus
You would never think any of these 'gangsters' that James has interviewed ever lived a life of crime. They just come across so likeable and polite it's hard to believe they were evil in the past. Good on them for seeing the light and turning their lives around.

Never seen Tony before but heard many stories about him, and you build up a picture of him in your own mind. I have just sat through this and listened to Tony's story. Any person who holds their hands up and says sorry for the hurt and pain they have caused others says a lot about them. It's never too late to change your ways and Tony is proof of that. I found it touching that Tony mentions the little girl he held and thought he had to change his life and be there for this child, I guess that was the Catalyst for Tony and more power to him. He's got good people around him and that's the most important thing for him right now. Thanks for sharing your story Tony and great interview James thank you.

Great interview and you can tell Tony is a proper face, loved the quote,
Don’t get even with those who’ve hurt you, get even with those who’ve loved you.
I felt every word this guy said, most people try to talk themselves up but Tony tried to talk himself down because he truly feel pain and sorrow for his past but respect for sharing his story and sending a positive message that it ain’t all glamour.
My favourite interview and there’s been some good ones.
And well done James for getting these guys to open up and talk about changing paths for the best which will ultimately show others what really counts at the end of the day.
Tony wont remember me but I was on the same spur in Whitemoor. He really is a diamond, hard as nails with a heart the size of a planet. Hates bullies, as Jonh Macdonald found out. God bless ya Tony.
