@@thisiskevin1000dude for sure, no one is saying China is there yet and done and finished, China even admit that they're still a developing country!
People who know China and it's people know China isn't finished..
And the embarrassing reality is that the US and the west cringely with no self awareness at all put themselves in the "developed" "civilised" bracket!?
China is only "finished/beginning" when Taiwan is finally reunified...
      You can see this now!
China putting taikonauts from HK and Macau into space!
Give it a few more years and HK Macau will be fully integrated into China's economy...
Taiwan will be envious and isolated along with the west.. when China and the rest of the global south put feet on the moon before the US for real!
I reckon China will put a taikonaut from Xinjiang into space too in the very near future just to stick 2 fingers up
Heck phillipines is already feeling it

Nanjin looks amazing, the architecture is futuristic. Something I would expect to see in a science fiction movie. China is an ancient civilisation but the government policies are not old , they look towards the future. My father , who is from Guangzhou would not recognise his own hometown since it has developed and changed so much ,same as here with Nanjing. The west in particular the US government can learn from China’s approach in developing its infrastructure. Instead of spending trillions of dollars on military hardware and bases around the world. Adam you’re fortunate to be living in China. I think your realised, that Chinese citizens now have a better standard of living compared to those in the west.

Why have there been so many videos in recent months that only show the positive sides of China? What is the agenda behind this?

    • @middlekingdomproductions
      @middlekingdomproductions  6 месяцев назад +3

I have no agenda, I try to make peaceful unbiased videos showing beautiful and peaceful things. I have made videos showing many different places here, old and new. I’m not sure what negatives you are wanting to see? I think my experience and what I show in my videos is pretty similar to most tourists experiences visiting here. There are of course more politically biased channels on RUclips using stock footage from media organizations and pushing for or against China vs US agendas to gain views. I don’t wish to be political one way or the other, I just wish to share beautiful and peaceful things and experiences here.

It seems that most people only see China's strong infrastructure capabilities. But you may not know that there are 600 million people in China whose monthly income is less than 150 US dollars, and the government does not care about their lives, and still spends taxpayers' money recklessly to squander and aid other countries. I am Chinese by the way. I hope the government could do more things to our people in the future.

They lifted 850 million people out of poverty, pushed 500 million people into the middle class.
Turned what was one of the poorest countries in the world into the richest country in the world in PPP and the 2nd richest country in the world by nominal GDP.
When they came to power 80% of the population couldn't even read or write and lived in destitute poverty as tenant farmers being exploited by rich land owners. Women had absolutely no rights and were property to be sold and bought like chattel. The live expectancy of the Chinese people was a meager 36.5 years of age. Now is is almost 78 years of age, even higher than the United States.
And yet you are talking trash about them even thou no government in Chinas entire history or in the history of the world has done as much as they have done for their people. You sound like a woman. Even God can't make women happy. According to Jewish Christian Mythology when God created human beings he placed them in the garden of Eden where everything was perfect except the fruit from one tree. Yet despite everything being perfect the woman wasn't happy and decided to eat the fruit from that tree. That my friend, is just like you. Even if God gave you the whole world you would still find a reason to be unhappy and to complain. Just like Eskelator from the "Masters of the Universe" used to say:
      "Just like a woman"
