My mac doesn't do any of the above when I have the turntable and the bluetooth dongle attached. Spent hours trying to follow the video. No results at all.
When i plug in my bluetooth dongle in it gives me a driver error in bluetooth settings and I cant get the multi axis turn table to show up in JM Studio. Also how come we cant screen shot in JM Studio?
Tiny, from my initial assessment after receiving mine. like 50x75x50 seems to be the largest size model I could see reliably working. Couldn't get a normal tape measure to fit inside the focal envelope.
Another product rushed into production without any testing it seems. Box contents doesn't even mention the Bluetooth USB Receiver... Hooking this up actually disabled my scanner from the JMStudio, had to reboot to work, except the turn table does not turn or rotate or do anything....and only available in Easy Mode(It is for Table Scans! Hence the turntable!), the option to turn on or off of the Multi-Axis Turntable disappears when selecting TableScan. The instruction booklet doesn't even know a USB Bluetooth receiver was provided... ...1 more day and then I am returning this...Tutorials state it will do a test of itself, it does nothing, has no error messages, just sits there taking up space....
This really DOESN'T show you how to use the scanner/multi-axis turntable. There is NO instruction as to what the different choices mean, such as what's the difference between the horizontal and vertical entries? What do those numbers mean? If I have a item that fits the turntable diameter, why can't I get a complete scan? How do I fix the notices during scanning of "too close" , etc.???? How about an actual tutorial video please??
The turntable doesn't connect to the PC. The plastic is so cheap. Both scanner and TurnTable comes with too short cables. Really annoying.

Ok so after putting it together, then using it. How do we get it back into pieces to store it back in the box. For safely storage or transport

Same problem here...i will see turntable_0000027 device in bluetooth list but it won't eventually connect
Turntable doesn't connect on W11, tried for hours without success. USB would have been much more clever solution.
Max object size to scan with turntable? Are you planning to release api?
