  • What's up guys! Today's video is jumping and strength training for soccer. It's a lower body strength and power soccer workout, so we have our D1 college soccer commits in the gym going through this session. We start off with a plyometric jump session working on increase vertical jump ability and producing more vertical forces that will translate to other areas like sprinting. We also show clips of our lift, as we're still in our off season block, building lots of strength to be explosive with these athletes. Hope you enjoy!
