  • In this episode we focus primarily on some sheet metal work. The story of the car: My dad bought the shell of this 1940 chevy 2 door sedan in 1990, to build for my mom. Due to financial and health issues, it had been on the backburner ever since. Almost 30 years later and I decided its my responsibility to get this car done for mama. "Tinmama"! This will be more of a conventional street rod. Chopped, shaved, bagged, painted, etc.

Hey wayne! Sorry I just saw this comment. i use vegas Pro 13 & vegas 16. But I started out with windows movie maker in 2012 and it was simple. Vegas is more advanced. Takes quite some time to get used to the way it all works.

Boyd Forbes haha they're just a number 3 lens. Not actually for welding. But they are good for keeping stuff out of your eyes nonetheless! Arcone "fly" goggles

    Enjoyed that a lot.
    You need a hat.
I'm going to suggest the Kavu chillba, it crazy cool (meant for sailing I think) look on the tube.
But very enjoyable job there. I'd love to air ride slam something old.

Gene Foster small shop in my backyard, on my own. No big fancy shop or employees. Barely enough room to build one car lol
