French style meat is a Russian dish. What is so French about it? Watch video and make a guess. There is cheese, mayonez, lot of meat and lot of onion. Enjoy!
Ingredients: (amount for single layer)
Pork 500g
Salt, pepper
Mayonez (Polish suggested) 1 small jar
Onion 1 medium size
Cheese - about 100g
Serve with mashed potato.

This simplified version is called "French Pork" or "Meat a la French" here because the original recipe was made by the French chef Urbain Dubois for the Russian noble Alexey Orloff. The "international" name of the full dish is *"Veau Orloff".*

Hey Boris, I made this recipe today but only did two layers and it turned out great. I cooked it for about an hour, The shell didnt completely harden but the pork was cooked perfectly thank you so much for showing how to make this

I would disagree ever soo slighty. Im Canadian and the best Mayo I know is Polish one, but a very special one! Since Kapitalist want us to eat Miracle whip *puke* we got to import it from slavic country, by using a old, cramped and rusty red coldwar submarine to get past the mayo police... But this end up giving special flavor to Mayo, unique to each subs.... I prefer to get it from the 10 june 1947 batch ( of submarines.)

You're stupid. Fat and meat has nothing to do with heart attack. CVD diseases are inflammatory based illness which means: refined sugars, oxidized *plant* based oils (because PUFA fraction of fats are not heat stable), and hydrogenated fats (margarine aka fake butter).
You can eat tons of proper fats and it even can have protective properties for heart. Look for example at keto based diets research data. They eat butter, pork, cheese, eggs, and yes - mayonese. Cardiovascular parameters gets even better. So do Your research because You're still in past century repeating outdated Ancel Keys research which was proven inaccurate and shows research bias. Recent research shows that there's no proven link between fats, especially saturated fast and CVD diseases.
