Love everything AVOID has been doing lately. They blend styles so well and they're one of the most fun bands in the scene right now. Definitely recommend checking out their other stuff because every song has a different energy to it
Just saw them last night for the second time. I've never seen a band have so much crowd surfing and that was my 39th show of this year. Just a bunch of goofballs doing what they love to do. The positive energy we need.
They used to be called Avoid the Void. They played a show at a venue I ran sound for. My A2 posted a video of them on social media and one of his family members commented that the singer Benny is a his cousin, he had no clue. What a small world coincidence lol. They’re an amazing band to see live, and they’re so easy to mix live because tones are on point and the drummer is excellent and hits hard.
Every song they have out is super fun to listen to, usually accompanied by an even more fun video. It's a great time listening to a band that loves what they do, but don't really take themselves too seriously.

First album was very generic but the EP & new LP are a million miles from generic. These guys are the real deal & the ones to watch!
