Sounds like that might be the case, but I have not played that game personally. So, it could be a game that is heavy on CPU usage for one reason or another. I wouldn't think it would bottleneck, especially at 1080p, but I can't be sure. Let me know if you find out more.

80 degrees stable while benchmarking is not an issue. If it were to start climbing and getting into the 90's, then yes there may be an issue to resolve.
@@noxiuz1 I did not make any adjustments in BIOS or with any software. PC work area is in the top floor of a townhouse and weather temps around that time were around +16 degrees Celsius. Up to three PC's were running in the room at any given time (definite increase in heat). The case fans run at a fixed speed as they are powered by a SATA connection. Got lucky, I suppose.
I'm not sure actually, I didn't really think about it. I generally only adjust small portions of settings if the game is running well. My fortnite standards are low as I do not play the game outside of demonstrating it on systems I build.

I save a Similar build but with a no TI 3070. When playing war zone @1080 p my cpu usage is at 70-80 percent is that normal ? Or am I bottlenecking?

This PC has sold, sorry. But, I think you will have no problem at all getting high fps in that game with this CPU & GPU combo.
