Your callouts are good but you need better words for them
Consider using clock directions to better direct your drivers. "Full stop" to tell him to stop. "Column full stop" to tell your whole line to stop.
When making orders that coordinate multiple crews, consider preparing the order and counting down to enacting the order. Helps ppl process the information separately but be coordinated together.
Try to create codewords/keywords with specific meanings. I noticed you were like "push push push, keep going". I'd recommend saying "maintain" or "sustain"
When telling your driver and crews to move forward and keep moving forward, say "full send" or "full advance"
When you think a crew member is taking the piss on listening, expand the words of the order to make it easier to fill their head: "engineer, your job right now is to check health"
When asking for information, or when making specific or uncommon callouts, such as "where is the starbreaker" instead try using more hear-able words, "request location of starbreaker"

77th is a 6+ Year old Regiment that started on Holdfast. The founders used TeamSpeak for a number of reason that include better voice quality, channel commander voice chat, etc. The 77th Foxhole us it for the same reason.
